The past 2 times ive ate here sauces have not been put in the bag, why ask if you arent going bother doing so to begin with? now tonight i was the ONLY person in the drive thru and food is missing out of my order. i can understand if your busy and leave something out, but you had 1 person ordering no one else, i spent 12 years of my life working in the industry running full service-fast food chains. Its honestly ridiculous something so easy to do is messed up so much in such a short time frame, it takes seconds to check a bag when you have no one else in line waiting or ordering.

I spent my last 10 on this sandwich and they gave me it and my fry’s raw and won’t awnser the store phone , I called 11 times this is insane that I have to now go to bed hungry then come back tomorrow to maybe get my money back cause that’s not safe to eat .

It seems like they are hiring more and more kids that think I should pay them steak house prices for assembly line food.......? Am I missing something or do they have a secret menu that has eluded me for all these years. Come on....... Just....... Come on now.

If McDonalds headquarters is reading this, please know these people are BOTTOM of the BARREL and need to be replaced or retrained. I reached out to them and they were incompetent and rude.
Please do better for the next customer. I will taking my business to Altanta, where the food service and customer service is MUCH more professional!

This is the best McDonald's location in the region. You can visit this location and find a clean restaurant with friendly staff that offers freshly cooked food. I can't say the same for the Fort Oglethorpe, GA or East Ridge and Chattanooga, TN locations, especially in the evening hours. This location does it right!

Went and got two frappes I get one at the window and told to pull up bc the Machine is broken so we do as told and they bring us ice in a cup. Not to be dramatic but it was a frappe I just couldn’t drink it. It was all chunks of ice. It Wouldn’t go through the straw and it was a mess! I’m not happy. I live around here. And expect more from y’all. I mean hell I should’ve gotten my money back! Not a happy customer.
Hands down the best McDonald's around. 🩷 Never feel anything less than valued with the southern hospitality. Thanks y'all!!

From the time we entered the drive thru to the time we left we were there about 15 to 20 minutes. We ordered a basket of fries and their 20 piece nugget combo. The food was fresh because they had to drop more fries but they forgot to salt them before bringing the food out. We are on the go so it's not like we have salt with us and they just don't taste good to me without it. I wouldn't even care if we hadn't waited specifically for them to drop the food for all that time. Salt and napkins would have made the wait worth it though in my opinion. Remind staff not to rush so much that the things are forgotten. Id be fine with the wait time had it just gotten the rest of the way finished. I used to work at Wendy's at the fry station so I know how quick it is to just throw some salt on there.

You think a McDonald's that would put in kiosks will keep the paper in them full. And train their employees to be able to pull it up instead of having to reorder everything again because you're trying to pay cash to save them on a credit card fees

Not the best of service. Told them the menu wasn't working at the drive thru and instead of trying to fix it or help they just started taking orders from the other line. From now on Wendy's or sonic will be getting my money.
