If McDonalds headquarters is reading this, please know these people are BOTTOM of the BARREL and need to be replaced or retrained. I reached out to them and they were incompetent and rude.

This is the best McDonald's location in the region. You can visit this location and find a clean restaurant with friendly staff that offers freshly cooked food. I can't say the same for the Fort Oglethorpe, GA or East Ridge and Chattanooga, TN locations, especially in the evening hours. This location does it right!

Went and got two frappes I get one at the window and told to pull up bc the Machine is broken so we do as told and they bring us ice in a cup. Not to be dramatic but it was a frappe I just couldn’t drink it. It was all chunks of ice. It Wouldn’t go through the straw and it was a mess! I’m not happy. I live around here. And expect more from y’all. I mean hell I should’ve gotten my money back! Not a happy customer.

From the time we entered the drive thru to the time we left we were there about 15 to 20 minutes. We ordered a basket of fries and their 20 piece nugget combo. The food was fresh because they had to drop more fries but they forgot to salt them before bringing the food out. We are on the go so it's not like we have salt with us and they just don't taste good to me without it. I wouldn't even care if we hadn't waited specifically for them to drop the food for all that time. Salt and napkins would have made the wait worth it though in my opinion. Remind staff not to rush so much that the things are forgotten. Id be fine with the wait time had it just gotten the rest of the way finished. I used to work at Wendy's at the fry station so I know how quick it is to just throw some salt on there.

You think a McDonald's that would put in kiosks will keep the paper in them full. And train their employees to be able to pull it up instead of having to reorder everything again because you're trying to pay cash to save them on a credit card fees

Not the best of service. Told them the menu wasn't working at the drive thru and instead of trying to fix it or help they just started taking orders from the other line. From now on Wendy's or sonic will be getting my money.
Employees scratch thier head and don't wash their they also have bug crawling around in the back and it's disgusting my family ate there in Jan will not be going back half the Employees want to be rude and not help anyone there's a lady that causes trouble with other employees at other places that have worked there she goes to their job and causes problems don't know her name never seen her name will not be going back also they mess up all the orders

Update: my husband went back to this McDonald's and ordered two Filet-O-Fish plus a double Filet-O-Fish. Both of the Filet-O-Fish had everything on them except the fish. So now he has to make another trip back to the McDonald's to either get his money back or get fish for the fish sandwiches. I guess it hasn't gotten much better since I left my original review.
The girl at the drive through was nice. We had to wait to get our food so we had to pull up to one of the waiting parking spaces. We told the young man that brought our food to us that we wanted ketchup. He said there should be some in the bag turned around and left. There was no ketchup in the back. When we got back to our house my Big Mac was missing most of the cheese. Had two pickles the size of dimes. And one of the burgers looked like they had pulled it into pieces and then stuck it back on the bun. One of the fries that we ordered was in the bag upside down so they were all over inside the the bag. I don't normally leave bad reviews except that this is the type of service you get as a general rule at this McD's.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to (Everywhere from Virginia to Florida). Fast staff with an upbeat atmosphere. Have been probably 50 times and never had an order wrong. Especially great at breakfast sad they cut the hours back, but very consistent on dinner as well.

Dirty dining room, the frappe I ordered was basically completely melted, it tasted sour, staff was rude and dismissive. Staff also show incompetency when operating a kiosk and there was no management in sight. Time of being there was 4:00 p.m.
