It’s not their fault the dasher didn’t pick up your order. They have a closing time and shouldn’t be forced to wait. A pending purchase has to process from the bank. Chill.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU TELING YOU YOUR FOOD IS ON THE WAY AND THEN JUST THROW IT ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE STORE AND GO HOME. Don’t order delivery fork this place. The delivery driver will tamper with your food or just plain ok not deliver it since they don’t want to drive.

Left our pizza out cold after we requested it to be delivered at 10 pm we waited a good hour and a half and called no one was picking up drove down to the store to find our pizza and 2 other peoples pizza that was supposed to be delivered at 7:20 pm sitting outside on the ground

I ordered a pizza at 10:00 here it is 11:40and Still NO PIZZA!!!! I checked online it said cancelled order/ I called and the lady said they had no drivers this was at 10:53 she said she was trying to get a door dasher and he was less than a mile away and I’ve been calling since 11:00 and it’s say now closed! No pizza and charged 40$ THIS IS ABSOLUTE ridiculous service and no phone call no nothing! Just no food- and no customer service to tell us! Do BETTER! So we drive there at 12:00 GUESS WHAT TO FIND OUR ORDER SITTING OUTSIDE ON THE FREAKING SIDEWALK!!!!!!!!!!! You best believe I will be doing something about this- 3 orders on the sidewalk ONE out there since 7:27 !! This is unbelievable and just sick
