I ordered through the app this evening and checked in on arrival. I got notified that my food was ready and on its way out. I waited 5 minutes and then buzzed the intercom. When I told the young lady that my food hadn't cone out yet, she said that I hadn't checked in and continued to talk over me as I attempted to explain. Just after I asked for the manager to come out, my food arrived. Your staff needs lessons on dealing with the public.
Disappointment at Sonic in Chickamauga GA, I ordered in stall #12 today to my surprise I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks and an Egg & Cheese breakfast wrap.I guess I should have gone through the drive thru. After seeing other cars pull up after me and getting their food brought to a stall behind me.I guess it's a hit or miss with all of the Sonic's. My suggestion is just waiting in the drive thru till they bring it to the window so it doesn't get lost ?☹️
Our Sonic on Battlefield Pkwy in Ft. Oglethorpe is always great. The drive thru is usually quick and the person working the window always has a smile. This is definitely our favorite place to get a milkshake or onion rings and if you have the Sonic app it's even better because you get great deals!
