Ordered 2 sandwiches on doordash when i got my food the bread of my italian herbs and cheese was burnt. No big deal irritating but no big deal. Called and sat on hold for 5 mins. Employee said he was busy and alone and i believed him since ive only seen them properly satffed once. When i explain what happened I simply wanted a replacement. Was informed that he cant authorize that and his manager would call me in 30 mins. Still waiting...

I placed a mobile order online for a honey mustard & bbq sub , yes i’m aware that it’s called a honey and bbq sub however on the app it gives you the option to removed bbq sauce ( they didn’t have a build your own option of the protein i wanted so i customized a combo) however when receiving the sub it had bbq sauce on it, i politely called and ask if there was any possibility of a remake if i brought the messed up sub back - instead of a simple “ yes of course “ i was met with arguing saying “ it didn’t say that on the ticket” ( yes it did i have said ticket) and “ why would you order that if you didn’t want bbq” 1. for the protein option since it was CUSTOMIZABLE 2. none of your business. i was then told that no remake would be happening since it was my fault i didn’t order it correctly . i then went inside and brought the sub and said receipt to show it was not a mistake on my part but theirs i was then told to “ show them on the app where you can do that “ when i show them they then snatch the receipt and read where it says NO BBQ - then they begin to argue with each other about who made the sandwich wrong. i was met with such an uncomfortable and tense environment over a sandwich that was made wrong. there was no have a good day just nasty looks and a lot of huffing. it was NEVER that serious.

Dirty. Sticky floors. Bugs in windows. Sandwich glass filthy. Everything had a film on it. Back door just wide open.
Over packed sandwiches. The four crewmembers working seemed nice and I hate to leave a bad review but this is definitely the grossest subway I’ve been in and we didn’t finish our sandwiches because were terrified. They were trying to ring me up while I was still trying to order and I understand these are young people but I wish I would not have come in here at all I’m always never be back. When making our sandwiches she just ripped the bread open with bare hands while on her cell phone.

Ordered the sub of the day. She was more interested in talking to her coworker than listening. She asked 3 times what I wanted. When I went to pay she asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I finally got smart with her and asked does that come with the sub deal of the day?? Worst service ever. Oh and the bathroom was out of order. No where to wash my hands.

Very friendly staff. Store was clean. We ordered online. Our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted but neither were.. the bacon on both sandwiches was raw. Subway is my favorite. Unfortunately it can't be the store closest to my house because it's never the way it should be. Take notes from fort o!

Ordered online to pick up. By far the worst made sandwiches I've ever seen. Ordered a footlong toasted meatball just meatballs cheese and parmesean and special instructions to please not cut in half. I mean how can you mess that up? The sandwich was a mess was not toasted at all no parmesean cheese at all and was of course cut in half. Next was a toasted steak and cheese with many different toppings and extra meat. after seeing the meatball I expected it to be missing half the ingredients. While.it did have all the ingredients on it I did not get extra meat. And the sandwiches was drowned in mayonnaise. Again just a mess.ive never had a issue when I go in to order but have had this issue multiple times ordering online. So if u want it made right make sure to go in so u can supervise them making ur sandwiches.

I placed a curbside pick up order for the BOGO footlong sandwich deal. I arrived right at pick up time, but there was no designated curbside pick up parking. I let the subway know I was there…twice. After an hour of waiting both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. They were missing ingredients, not toasted, & soggy… not impressed.
