Very friendly staff. Store was clean. We ordered online. Our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted but neither were.. the bacon on both sandwiches was raw. Subway is my favorite. Unfortunately it can't be the store closest to my house because it's never the way it should be. Take notes from fort o!

Ordered online to pick up. By far the worst made sandwiches I've ever seen. Ordered a footlong toasted meatball just meatballs cheese and parmesean and special instructions to please not cut in half. I mean how can you mess that up? The sandwich was a mess was not toasted at all no parmesean cheese at all and was of course cut in half. Next was a toasted steak and cheese with many different toppings and extra meat. after seeing the meatball I expected it to be missing half the ingredients. While.it did have all the ingredients on it I did not get extra meat. And the sandwiches was drowned in mayonnaise. Again just a mess.ive never had a issue when I go in to order but have had this issue multiple times ordering online. So if u want it made right make sure to go in so u can supervise them making ur sandwiches.

I placed a curbside pick up order for the BOGO footlong sandwich deal. I arrived right at pick up time, but there was no designated curbside pick up parking. I let the subway know I was there…twice. After an hour of waiting both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. They were missing ingredients, not toasted, & soggy… not impressed.

The service was excellent. This is a HUGE improvement as the service here used to be terrible. Sandwiches were good. The only problem is that they don't accept as many coupons as the Chickamauga location. Very good place over

Do yourself a favor, and don't give this place your business. This is the saddest subway I have ever experienced in my entire life. Haven't been in a while because it was bad last time, and it was even worse this time. I will not be back. Just drive to Fort Oglethorpe instead, trust me.
There was 2 people working and they were very busy and dealing with rude people and they stayed professional, so sorry that people act like that but you 2 did a great job
