Ordered online to pick up. By far the worst made sandwiches I've ever seen. Ordered a footlong toasted meatball just meatballs cheese and parmesean and special instructions to please not cut in half. I mean how can you mess that up? The sandwich was a mess was not toasted at all no parmesean cheese at all and was of course cut in half. Next was a toasted steak and cheese with many different toppings and extra meat. after seeing the meatball I expected it to be missing half the ingredients. While.it did have all the ingredients on it I did not get extra meat. And the sandwiches was drowned in mayonnaise. Again just a mess.ive never had a issue when I go in to order but have had this issue multiple times ordering online. So if u want it made right make sure to go in so u can supervise them making ur sandwiches.

I placed a curbside pick up order for the BOGO footlong sandwich deal. I arrived right at pick up time, but there was no designated curbside pick up parking. I let the subway know I was there…twice. After an hour of waiting both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. They were missing ingredients, not toasted, & soggy… not impressed.

Do yourself a favor, and don't give this place your business. This is the saddest subway I have ever experienced in my entire life. Haven't been in a while because it was bad last time, and it was even worse this time. I will not be back. Just drive to Fort Oglethorpe instead, trust me.

Ordered my sub online and picked up on store. Went home unwrapped and started eating and no pickles, lettuce, or tomato. They didn't forget just 1 but all 3.
Got a sub for $8.31 gave him $20.31 and because I did not give him change before he rang in $20.00 he did not know what change to give ??

Great & quick service! The girl who works all the time in the afternoon is so sweet and is great at her job! It comes so naturally to her! I come all the time and shes always working! Whatta hard worker!! She's alone sometimes, has a line of people and keeps a great attitude!

Dont care about mobile orders because they dont have time for them at the time my order is ready so i go next door to pick up drinks now 10 minutes later still not ready and im told i need to "get in line" by the employee
