If you're the owner swing this all of you're managers are rude as hell, they forgot a couple items in my order so I called to see if I could get them, and the female manager in duty tonight 1/24/26 started yelling saying everything was in the bag when it obviously wasn't

The young girl running the shift was rude , absolutely disgusting, and wanted to curse at us for not having a car (so we was made to walk through drive thru) and made to stand out in the cold for 15 minutes waiting on a order that had been placed 28 minutes prior to us getting there to get it) oh and they say they're hiring but that ain't the case bc they give 7 hours a week!!! This is how an employee gets treated by the company they're supposed to work for) explains a lot on why they can't keep anyone. This store is absolutely trash and corporate needs to go in there and clean house

I went to this location on 12/31 and waited in the drive thru line for 15 min to be told they closed at 11 pm. I realize it’s New Years Eve. But close the lane to prevent people from driving in if you are going to cut off people. Especially since I waited. Also there were two cars in front of me and I noticed it took a while for the worker to even come to take their order. And then the card in front of me did two separate orders and took forever. But it had just turned 11 when I got up to the window. If I had of known I would have ordered online in the app while I was waiting or I would have went inside. That is bad bad bad customer service. She should have said ok let me go ahead and take care of you and the car behind you. Give me a moment to go move my car and block the drive thru so no one else will come through. I hope the owner is aware of this situation

It's Okay for quick bite, Pre-ordering in the app is Not quick and users friendly. Also the store runs about 7 minutes slower than what the app said when the food would be ready at the counter.
