Hidden in plain sight. Mountain setting turns into a trip to New Orleans when the menu is presented. Can't go wrong with ettouffe anything, oysters Rockefeller, and chocolate torte. Didn't love the meatloaf. Preserve the tomato topping! Highly recommend.

What an amazing dining experience! Cute and cottage vibes throughout paired with a surprisingly tight menu and tasty cocktails. Highly recommend starting with the andouille sausage and grilled oysters - the Mahi with crawfish etouffee and rice was phenomenal. Excellent service by Cierra and Mekenna ❤️ will definitely have to come back soon!
We were recommended this place by a local and we were a little nervous because it’s a little out there in nowhere land, but the service and food were incredible. I feel this is the locals best kept secret.

So we came up here to visit family and decided to stay in Bleu Canoe. First, the cabin… it is wonderful. Rustic yes but soooo relaxing! The restaurant is phenomenal! Our server, Cierra was attentive and had a great attitude. My wife had told me on the way up here that the owners were originally the owners of Harry Bissets in Athens. I had gone there when I was at UGA in the late 80’s and early 90’s! I loved it! We were fortunate to meet one of the owners, Jim. The food was sooo good! My wife had the crawfish etoufee. She said it was amazing! I had the oyster sampler with a side salad. The oysters were absolutely delicious and the salad was very fresh. Our grandson had the shrimp penne pasta and throughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend a visit here!!

Fantastic! This place was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. We sat outside listening to live music, drinking cold beers, and enjoying great food. I had the fried chicken with spinach, The service was great. The food was awesome, and the setting and music were a huge plus. It's definitely a must when visiting North Georgia.
