Super clean, super friendly, and INCREDIBLY YUMMY !!! ? we got shakes to keep cool ?
Noticed this little shop this morning while my boyfriend and I were out to get him breakfast. I really wanted A to Zinc as I am not a breakfast person and prefer protein shakes. I was upset when we got to A to Zinc and realized that they didn't open until 1 on Sundays, on our way home I spotted the sign for Clarkesville Protein Place on the square and had my boyfriend to stop because I was going to give it a chance since I'd never noticed it before. I walked in with very little expectations thinking I'd only see a few basic flavors but I was wrong. I walked in and was handed a menu with a HUGE variety of protein shake flavors, antioxidant teas, acaì bowls, and protein waffles!! The lady working was super nice and gave me a sample of their peach tea (which was delicious and refreshing) and asked if I was from the area. I told her I was and asked how long her shop had been there an she told me 4 months?! I'm just now noticing it!! The price is a little high, but absolutely better than A to Zinc for the amount that you get (protein drinks anyways) I got the chai pumpkin latte iced coffee protein drink and let me just say, Starbucks who? On top of all of this they open at 8 am 7 days a week!! I am a super satisfied customer who is proud to say "My business has officially moved from A to Zinc to Clarkesville Protein Place!"

Saw a post about this place so I went with my mom to try it today, I can easily say I wasn’t impressed. We walked in, and the lights in the building weren’t on. We were then directed to look at a menu with no prices listed on it. We ordered and the cashier began making our açaí bowls and our tea that we ordered. The tea was good. She didn’t wear gloves at all during the process of making the bowls and when they came out they were the consistency of milk, not at all how am açaí bowl should be. The toppings were nice and fresh. The restaurant seemed like it hadn’t been very well cleaned and looked very disorganized. I ordered the strawberry base for my açaí bowl and it had zero flavor at all. And to top it off it was 31 dollars for two bowls and one tea! That’s pricey. We more than likely won’t be back :(

Very pricey and the drink was gritty
I saw a broad with a glowing teal drink with stuff floating around in it.She said they had never been there before today, but liked it, and gave me directions to the Protein Place. There is no sign that I could see, just look for the hanging patio lights under the awning.I worried when I got there because I saw it is Herbalife, and that only makes me think of laxatives for dieting. The woman at the counter claimed it was not a laxative product. They were giving out samples of something nobody could pronounce, It was good so we got that. Also got the Blue CoconutThere were no prices posted, but it appears all the drinks are $10 each. It's sweeter than you expect, so you may want to add some bottled water to it.24 hours later I can verify there was no laxative effect.Expensive, but recommended.
Stopped here today because my daughter was craving a milkshake. I was just passing through have never been in this town & saw this place. Asked for milkshakes but little did i know it was PROTEIN milkshakes... & they were FANTASTIC!!! & that says alot coming from someone that does not purposely drink protein shakes! If you are in the area go check them out! They had probably 30 different flavors!
