I have dined at The Copper Pot many times, and somehow I have never tried the Gateway Grits…until today! Let me tell you, this is the best grit dish I have had in a very long time. I am very particular about my grits, and love that their grits are sourced locally from Nora Mill just down the road in Helen. Chips were great. Gluten free pizza was on point. It was a tad bit too cold in there for me. Our waiter's attendance could use some work. The background staff language could use some soap..
Very quiet atmosphere. Easy to talk and listen to others. They have wonderful food! I had the Cheesesteak and my husband had the burger. The fries were golden and cooked just right. They have cocktails, pizza, salads, sandwiches, dessert and more.
