We were trying to get a big order of ice cream and a peppermint avalanche at 8:56, the door unlocked, and a woman was sitting there looking at us. Let us walk into the store, only to be told we can't order. I work at a restaurant, and it doesn't matter if we are open; we have to allow the table to sit because why wouldn't you want to make your company a little more money? We were going to order probably 40 dollars' worth of sweets. Idk, but the three girls on shift should have locked the doors. If they were close, maybe even take their headset off and turn off the open sign. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.
I don’t know why people get in here to complain about Dunkin, yall need to get a life or maybe come back and we can help you complaining in this app ant gonna help shot! Good god!

I went there the other day and was severed by Angel and I asked for a refresher with a different kind of milk and she wouldn't do it and then I asked for a iced chai latte with light ice and it tasted like coffee and it was terrible very disappointing in customer service and how rude she was.

Couldn’t find a complaint line so here I am. Me and a whole line of people sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, only to finally get to the window to find out that none of my online order had even been prepared yet. After getting my coffee and chicken wrap, the wrap was ice cold in the middle, but scalding hot on the sides lol. I usually have a great experience here, but this Sunday crew of young dudes is missing the mark by a mile.

Very unpleasant experience the few times I've been. The last visit, and will be my last visit, I was told they & ALL Dunkin doughnuts no longer served the Spicy pepper chicken wrap. I have been to other Dunkin doughnuts since & they all had it. Clarkesville Dunkin doughnut lied. Also it seems everyone working there has no clue with anything going on there. Very uneducated, employees screaming at each other, some appear to be under the influence of drugs, and very dirty restaurant. Will never visit here again.
