The experience I had was very interesting. They were kinda busy when We showed up, but they were kind enough to let us know it may be a few minutes & so we waited & sure enough we were helped right after. This was a very good experience this time around & I definitely recommend this Dunkin’/Baskin’-Robbins.😁👍🏻😁👍🏻

I love this place, great coffee, great breakfast, the staff here is super friendly, hard working and knowledgeable in their field of coffee preparation. This is a great place to sit with friends or family to catch up while enjoying your coffee and meal. They also have ice cream cakes which I have yet to try but am eager to do so. They have great parking that easily accessible to the main entrance. All In all a great place with all your coffee needs and wants along with breakfast. Order your next birthday cake here. Went here for ice cream. One scoop with waffle bowl. The ice cream was good, waffle bowl and cone were stale and soft. Staff was okay. If you go for ice cream, don't get a cone. It doesn't have the best atmosphere not very inviting at all. After seeing the other reviews I know why.

$1 for a cup of tap water on ice...?! Get out!! Spent $10 for an avocado toast and an iced coffee, then was charged $1 for tap water...I will never come back to this location. McDonald's and Starbucks take my money! At least tap water is free there with my food and beverage purchase...

I go to this Dunkin at least three times a week and I finally decided to just suck it up and go to the one in Cleveland. I order the same thing every time I go and no matter what the sugar is never stirred in, it is always a heaping pile of sugar at the bottom of the cup. Today I noticed the lady didn’t give me a straw (I have to have a straw so I can stir in the sugar at least a little bit) so I went to ask when she handed me the cup and she had already walked away before I had time to ask. I am usually not wanting to leave reviews but I’m finally over it I don’t know what happened to this but it has sucked every time I’ve went past two months.
Came to the drive thru this morning with my dad on 3-19-2025. We ordered a medium caramel craze latte, a small hot coffee, and a blueberry donut. Everything was correct , except for my coffee. Instead of receiving a medium caramel craze latte, I got a large black coffee. I understand mistakes happen , but that was drastically different from what I ordered. The lady at the window who was an older women , didn’t repeat back the orders to us , just handed us the drinks and looked like she hated her job, no smile or anything , just looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there . We had to drive back to receive my correct drink , but it’s really frustrating when they act like they don’t care what they serve you . Will not be returning.

Muffins, for many of our recent visits, are SO stale and the tops are SO HARD you have to use a knife to SAW through them. How often do they actually bake any fresh ones?!? Two or three months?!? Employees smoke/vape outside in the back or near the drive through, very close to where you either order from, or pick up from. Have to keep windows up or the smoke gets in your vehicle. Terribly unappetizing. The "music" inside is unbelievably loud. Would never eat inside. Perhaps someone in "management" needs to become more of a "manager".

They WERE good, but something has changed recently- I believe they have new staff. The last 5 times I have gone here they have messed up every single time. the first time I got avocado toast with bacon and they forgot the bacon, no big deal. The second time I got an iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee. They offered to remake it but I decided to just roll with it, no big deal. The next time I went, they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back and exchange it for mine. The fourth time they gave me the wrong coffee and I had an allergic reaction to whatever they put in the cup. It was VERY different from what I had ordered. I politely called and said that I wasn't mad, but asked if they could please try and figure out what I was given as it was most definitely not vanilla and I was having an allergic reaction, they insisted they had not made an error despite the fact that my husband and a co-worked checked and agreed with me that whatever was in the cup was NOT vanilla (and tasted bad). Obviously I had to throw the entire drink out. The 5th and last time we got 3 bagels, 2 everything with cream cheese and 1 regular with strawberry cream cheese and they mixed them up so we had to go in and correct it. We also ordered my husband the same exact coffee he gets every time but it was majorly lacking on cream and sugar so we had to correct that as well. I understand mistakes happen, but 5 times in a row is just way too much, especially when I had an allergic reaction to the 4th one! We cant trust to go to this location again with all of the issues they are having. It isn't worth having to pull around to go in every time and it isn't safe when I cant trust what we are given.
