I ordered a small latte this morning. Paid $5 and change. When I took the lid off it was around 2/3 full. At these prices the employees should be required to either fill the cup or explain that it would only be filled to 2/3 level prior to the sale being completed.

I was about to order my Starbucks drink and this girl saw me and told another girl to take my order, then while she was making my drink like she was ungrateful she stared me down and slid my drink down the table then rolled her eyes. I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks until I met this girl who had a problem with a person wanting to order a drink before!

They were waiting on their last customer to leave and never said a word to me! Very helpful and had exactly what I wanted!

Good coffee, I get ice coffee, I used to get to much ice, I'll finish my coffee and a lot of ice will be left, so I started asking for lite ice, but know they changed an extra dollar when you asked for lite ice, so if you leave a dollar for a tip, I guess you won't be leaving a tip.
