Horrible service. They prioritize an online order with 5 sandwiches before attending to in person orders

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I placed an order on the app. two toasted sandwiches, I get there to pick up the sandwiches and the guy working was SO rude, no eye contact, barely spoke to me and then I was asking him about putting vegetables only on half and he started loading EVERY vegetable on there then got an attitude. Never toasted it, but I wasn't even going to say anything. Then I get to the car and NEITHER sandwich is toasted. I go back in and he said 'toaster is down nothing I can do about it' then said I would have to contact corporate and ive now been waiting two weeks for someone to get back with me

Ok George has the worst subway this is 3rd time we have went to a subway in this area 1st worker left before taking orders 2nd closed at 5pm on a Monday 3rd worker sit there looking at us did not say anything look at his phone im not a Karan look at all my reviews for all the other good places but don't go to this subway or just make sure it's not a guy in his 30-40

Walked in shortly after 8pm. I saw the worker sweeping (Wesley) and asked if he was still open. He said “yes?” and continued sweeping. Once he finished, he walked into the back room. During this time, the gas station clerk had enough time to check out a few different customers. After standing there for a while I press the ring for service button.He walks out of his back room, glares at me and returns to his little room.I’m immediately offended and ask him if everything is ok when he comes back out of the back room a 2nd time. He says “I don’t know you tell me. You’re the one who pressed the button after I clearly said I was still open”Other members of my party say “we’re just hungry and trying to order food”He continued on his power trip so I interrupt him and say I’ll start with a 12 inch flatbreadHis response is “actually you won’t. I’m declining you service”Walks back into his back room and doesn’t come back out.We then ask the gas station clerk if she can assist us in anyway. She was nice and kind, but informed us that he wouldn’t come out to serve us. Advised us to come back tomorrow morning and speak to the manager.I go online to order and receive a phone call from Wesley stating “the toaster isn’t working, we’re out of lettuce, grilled chicken and bacon”I cancel the order now I must return to speak to a manager about receiving my refund.So I look forward to the opportunity to speaking with anybody from subway that has an ounce of pride in their job.

The more people there is in like the longer it takes, they literally don’t care about anything and it’s dirty, go literally anywhere else to eat but this subway
The manager has fired or forced to quit all good employees now only he is working he was the worst employee he never changes gloves even after operating register he also uses nasty rags to wipe work station and holding said rag while making sandwich every time I go in the lights are off like they're not open when I went in last night I politely asked 1 question and he cussed at me my question was are you changing closing hour to 7 because he was emptying register and he's been changing hours and not turning lights on they're food is not good enough to put up with that disrespect I'm done with subway they reward sorryness and disrespectful with management positions and raises you should worry because that is the norm and then you can't make a verbal complaint they make it so hard to do that so people will give up and they don't have to be held accountable they might as well have Jared back
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 foot longs from the app, and had an odd feeling so I called the store. To my surprise I got no answer so I called the circle k just to be told rudely that they are closed. At 7pm. When the website says 9pm. I don’t believe that the trashy and rude “manager” didn’t receive our order. I believe that they simply didn’t want to work and decided to close down early even though we had already paid for our food. Now we have to fight to get a refund just because somebody wants to be lazy. Going forward I’ll just make the trip to Cornelia instead of Clarkesville from toccoa.

I placed an online order tonight! Didn't use the bread I marked! Charged me for double meat and cheese.... But definitely did not get it! I can't get them on the phone to fix anything! Will not be back
