They r sloppy making food and they always leave out half ur order and then they don’t give u sauce or they give u the very hot one

Can’t ever get anything right . Employees are rude and not willing to fix their mess up , they cut the grills off a 30 mins to hour before they actually close , they refuse to fix things after 11-12 that chose not to or they deem is to hard , they don’t care about the customers . Their location is the only thing keeping them around . They need new owners , managers and employees .

Ordered online, went to drive-thru to pick-up order & was told they didn't have the order. Had to go inside & then wait for 5 mins to even be acknowledged & when I showed her my order I was told I ws at the wrong location and I had to show her where it was their location & she said well you'll have to just reorder it.

Handsdown a great Tacobell. The food is ready so fast. Very nice location. The only thing to note is they only take orders through the app or the Kiosk. So if you have cash. They're probably not going to take it.

Literally won’t take your order will just direct you to the touchscreen and let you walk out the door. Be ready to repeat everything 2-3 times at the drive through. It’s an antisocial fast food experience. It’s like you ordering is an inconvenience to them.

Ive waited +30 minutes for food twice when I am Door Dashing. This cuts into my income. It seems they are too focused on drive-thru orders. Workers are not friendly. Very disorganized. Do NOT go here if you have to maintain any kind of schedule. This place needs some management!!!!!

I ALWAYS have something from my order missing. It's ridiculous. Most recently, an $8 box of cinnamon balls that were on the 1st order(not quite sure what the proper name is right off the top of my head)anywho, after placing my order had placed an additional order, this time for snack for me to eat on the ride home and a drink. I have not left the restaurant mind you, so I continue to wait. The workers keep glancing over but I didn't think much of it. After realizing that I placed my 2nd order at the Taco Bell that was about 7 mins away, I walked up the the manager. Asked if they could cancel the order and they make it I had asked if they could cancel the order and the restaurant that I was currently in make it, but he said no he said that I would have to go on the app. So I left. Went to the other location and got my second order. When I got home, I realized there were no balls. I was LIVID. I called but living a busy life such as I do, I don't have time to keep coming back for my missing items that should've been in the bag to start with. 😒
WOW. That was crazy , right ?!?! Spending 2 minutes out of your day to read this review. I bet you're wondering what that was all about....what the big fuss,right?!?! I'll tell you. I try not to complain too much in life because there's always somebody out there that is not handling it like you are. Maybe sometimes all they need is a hug or smile put on their face, and this post made you feel good, or put a smile on your face please like. All I want out of life is to turn 1 person away from the dark and into the light. Moral of the story: put my food in the bag next time.

This establishment has gone way down hill. No customer service at all. Expects everyone to use the kiosk to order even if there are older customers having a hard time. None of the employees was friendly or seemed to not want to be there. Then get food home and was cold and hardly had ingredients inside the crunchwrap. Definitely not worth the money. Will not return again. Will be filing a complaint with corporate
