They can never seem to get an order right. Who orders a chicken quesidilia with no chicken or nachos without the beef. Not to mention how long it took to just mess up my order.

This Taco Bell can’t read a menu screen and doesn’t make your food right. After I get home and call them because my food is prepared very wrong , they want me to get in my car , waste gas and come back up there so they can remake my $7 order correct. They want to inconvenience me even more. !!!! Just make the dang food like you are supposed to!!!!!!! This Taco Bell SUCKS !!!!!

Taco Bell has decided the best way to handle extra cars in the drive thru is to park them all around the building. Most of the parking was taken up with cars waiting as well as cars extending from the pickup window to the front of the store. Take your money and the. Direct you to park. No less than 8 cars waiting at any time.

I don't know if they're all just stoned or what but every time I come I order gets messed up and then when they're supposed to fix it they just mess it up even more. I ordered 3 grilled chicken enchilada burritos and they all came without the meat. Then I wanted a refund because the food was s*** like always but they still mess my order up 🙄

Honestly pretty consistent. The drive through is always super long but they normally move through it relatively fast. My order is almost always correct, besides the one time my online order got beaned. Pretty decent TB :)

Came here last night to pick up a DoorDash order.
Orders are sealed & I am not permitted to open sealed containers.
I was given the incorrect order. Upon delivery, the customer made me aware of this & I returned to the store for the correct order.
I was told the following, "I cannot remake a DoorDash order or my boss will have a fit."
They were completely unwilling to make this right for me or my customer unless I could somehow prove that I was given the incorrect order. How I was supposed to do this without opening the sealed box is still a mystery to me.
This creates a situation where no one wins & everyone looks bad.
I will decline future orders from this location.

Our order was missing items and when I called to inform them about it, my husband had just bit into his quesadilla and found a big piece of hair in it. Waste of gas cause we had to drive back and return the food for a refund. Makes me wonder if they will try to sell it to someone. Apparently the Clarkesville location needs a health inspection or teach their employees to do better about cleanliness and quality control.

Nacho fries definitely didn’t get seasoned heavy they taste like plain McDonalds fries
Plus to be real my large fry didn’t seem large but Jordan replaced it with a regular size with about a tsb more of seasoning but they still taste like plain fries ??? thanks for trying Jordan

The line was 6 cars and we waited in the drive thru for about 50 minutes. The cars in front of us each spent 8 minutes after paying, just waiting for their food. We were getting frustrated with the wait, but we kept convincing ourselves to be charitable: “They are probably short staffed” or “Maybe they ran out of beans”
Lol. When we got to the window we could see 4 people and they were just joking around and talking DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. One of the girls even made sustained eye contact with us then kept laughing and telling her animated story to the others. My message here is for the owners and managers: whatever you are paying them is, sadly, too much.

For other potential customers: you may not have the same wait that we did, but don’t fool yourself. The length of the line means nothing. And if there IS a wait, it’s not for good reason. Good luck.
