The service was not good at all. We walked in and no one was around. We made noise and still did not see anyone. When it was said if I needed to go make the food myself then did someone finally come to the front. Never once did she say sorry for making us wait. As we started then a lady came in to complain about not getting all her food and when she tried to go back through the drive thru she could not get anyone to answer her so she had to come in. I can say this will be the last time I come to this one. People need to learn how to train new employees better.

Come to pick up our order ar 11:05 and was told they were closed and that we had to get our money back from the app, and said hey couldn't do anything about it! Yes he could have made our FOOD and done their job. Open until midnight but told us their closed an hour early. Get this crew gone. -10/10

Ordered a large chili...I was told I could get 3 small chilis for double the price because they were almost out of chili. This is the dumbest and poorest mismanagement of food product I've ever heard!!!

My root beer tasted like fruit punch.
Went to pick up a mobile order and they messed up all 6 of our burgers. Had stuff on them that was supposed to be taken off and also left stuff off that was supposed to be on them. I’d understand if they were busy, but it was just me in the drive thru with a single person behind me and hardly any cars in the parking lot. Just seems like they just don’t care.

Waiting for my order at the window and seen an employee make a chocolate frosty, lick the top off, and then put the lid back on before handing it to the customer 😧😰 this is will be my last time at this Wendy's. It was a young kid that was kinda skinny with a shaved head. Just be careful you guys if you order food from here.

Classic Wendy's drive through, took 30 min for two burgers and two fries. Didn't get our chicken nuggets or straws. Had to remind them that we didn't even pay yet. Management is trash. Workers all act like it's there first day. Go to Zaxbys next door and avoid the headache.
