Great concept of create your own pizza, it's set up like a sub shop where you pick a size, then pick toppings.
The pricing isn't clear and I didn't see or get recommended a particular mix of ingredients for a set price. I was able to ask for recommendations on toppings and added sweet pepperd based on that, which turned out really well.
It was amusing to watch the reaction of three workers behind the counter when I asked for ricotta cheese as a selection. They didn't say it, but you could tell they were questioning three sanity of that choice, as it looks a bit like yogurt and it doesn't seem to be a common ingredient in this area. I grew up here and calzones offered were just regular pizza ingredients like they folded the dough over and cooked a regular pizza inside. Hauling freight and traveling across the country, I found it's more typical to serve calzones with sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, then the pizza toppings added in. I’m not sure we have a restaurant in Habersham County that even serves pasta shells stuffed with ricotta. I would recommend the business make mini pizzas for staff with different ingredients to expose them to the flavors of the toppings they sell, so they can make confident recommendations based on their own experience with different toppings.
10” pizza with my toppings, drink and tip was around $17. The pizza was good, someone came by and cleared my pizza pan from the table and asked how the pizza was.
One.star off for having to search for an open trash can as the one in back was covered and I had to search for the one up front to throw away my cup. And also I would have liked to try the gelato/ice cream, but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I went to the ice cream shop next door for a small cone instead.
Overall, was a bit expensive, and it’s best if you already know what you like on your pizza, but it’s fresh, cooked to order, and tastes good. Will probably come back again.

I recently brought my youth group to Your Pie in Clarkesville for a pizza night, and it was simply fantastic! Jesse was upbeat and enthusiastic, genuinely excited about our more complicated order and making the whole process feel effortless. Hayden did an outstanding job managing our tab as we added pizzas, always spot on. We ordered 14‑inch pizzas and they came out loaded with cheese, just like the beloved Ninja Turtle pizzas, cheesy to perfection and incredibly satisfying. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy edges with a wonderfully chewy interior. Even though we were seated outside, Caige and Anna stayed right on top of things. They brought napkins and extra sauces for our large group without being asked, anticipating our needs like pros. Every person left with a big smile thanks to the friendly, attentive service. I’m so grateful I chose Your Pie for our youth group outing, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
