Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

New facility. Very nice employees.
Today I was in your drive thru around 1130. I was the first one your black gentleman helped at drive thru.
I ordered the new fajita chicken quesidio. There wasn't even 1 piece of chicken ....very little. I was very disappointed.

We waited 20 minutes on fried pickles and we went in and said something the employees gave us attitude and they were very rude and inconsiderate, Then one of the employees went back to the bank and started talking bad about us to the other employees

I am BEYOND tired of paying extra for extra fries and getting less than what’s supposed to be given for a normal order, I pay for extra sauce and they never give it to me, I always ask for light ice and they fill the cup up to the very top. I ask for extra seasoning and there’s NONE. AND to top it all off my food is COLD. And they had the nerve to raise their prices? Ripping every single one of the customers off. I normally don’t say anything but this happens EVERY single time I come in for the past 10 visits or more. And it’s just pure laziness and lack of effort.

be SO for real right now. we ordered a boneless wings and things tossed in teriyaki with a LARGE fry.....yall see that too right? barely any sauce on the wings, less fries than what's supposed to come in a normal size, borderline burnt toast, and a half naked chicken tender. please save yourself the trouble and just go to the one in cornelia.

It looks like the salad was a little smaller than it used to be I had two salads the lettuce looked a little old I had stopped at this same location two days ago and they were out of salad didn't have lettuce so I don't know if they're cutting back or what but the salads are little small they're good but small

The food was okay, a little cold. My main issue is that on top of every table and under every table was nasty (food, chicken wings, fries, garbage, crumbs from chicken tenders everywhere) so it was hard to find somewhere for my family to sit. Also sitting on counters where food is prepared in front of customers is very unprofessional and honestly disgusting, something should be said about that.

The staff was great, but we had to go back up twice. 1st they forgot my bacon, my cheese wasn't melted just a floppy cold square & second we had to go back up to buy new sandwiches bc the grilled chicken was rubbery & also cold. I didn't want to complain to much bc they were all so young & I didn't see a manager in site.
I don't go to Zaxbys to much bc the food is always mediocre, however it's one of the only places that serves salads. I opted for their classic meal but if there's a next time I'll probably try one of those.

I feel like the service here is getting slower and slower. They've never been fast by any means, but waiting twenty minutes or longer has become the norm. I like Zaxby's, but the speed makes me hesitate to come here.

Food was fresh and hot, but seemed a bit salty. Service was good,but it was busy and took a while to get out food. Busy family atmosphere.

A group of teenagers who serve their friends before customers that arrived before them is unprofessional and inappropriate. Then losing the food from our order while we stood for 15 minutes waiting while no one was making orders. I was appalled.

I had some of those new taco things, the avocado ones... they were thr best thing I ate that week. Very kind staff as well, I asked what sauce they recommended, and they told me a Buffalo sauce and gave it to me saying they'll cover the small charge of it for me. If all their workers are like that, then they deserve 5 platinum stars for customer service!

The employee this morning was really rude and disrespectful when she took my order at the drive through.

Grilled house salads always fresh. Think they've cut back on the serving size of the cheddar bites. They only gave us 11 today. Other locations have given us 15 or 16.
