Since they've opened in Claxton, GA I've ordered from them 3-4 times and everything that I've ordered was delicious!!! I haven't been inside of this location yet just ordered through drive thru or door dash but from that experience alone all of my orders were correct and in my opinion the price wasn't expensive either.
Kid-friendliness: I would say this would be a great Sunday afternoon meal for the family to enjoy.
My friend Ken Butler likes bargain bin canned tuna from discount outlet. I prefer Captain D's in Claxton. It's a great little seafood place.

I would like to start by saying I received food poisoning, and went through the drive-through and that's why I can't comment on the atmosphere. The cashier was very polite however and though I had to wait for my food it was fairly quick.

If at first you don't succeed, are in my thoughts because they have fantastic customer service. This is the 3rd x we've been, and they get our, right off the menu, order wrong somehow. But always gladly fix it. Food is fried, hot, and a great place for seafood. This could be just me, but a tad greasy.

I didn't give it 5 stars because we didn't dine in and I was unsure of the atmosphere inside. The food was good (for fast seafood) and the service was great. The employee we spoke with at the drive-tbru was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
Over all good experience , but what was worth the 5 star review was the Cashier named Sarah she was courteous light genuinely nice! She manned the drive-thru and the dining room all while checking out the dining room customers. She brought our food to us with a smile! And when a customer acted kind of rude she didn't seemed bothered and handed it with a smile. I watched her clean the dining room open the door for a handicap customer ! I was only there for 30 mins and I witnessed her pretty much run the whole restaurant. I asked if she was the manager she smiled and said no. Well, I believe she will be a manager soon!!!

10pcs and (2) 3pc fish orders. Total paid was $41.98. EVERY pcs of fish was uncooked with raw runny batter. Which means the fish was uncooked as well. AVOID!!!!! Salmonella! If I could give a zero I would!

Not as good as the Glenville location. I've been here 3 times all 3 times fries were cold..one time the fries were cold and fish was not fully cooked..I'd recommend the extra few minutes to go to Glenville location.
