The restaurant was clean. The young lady at the front was extremely patient and kinda to us. And the food was the best we've ever gotten from any captain ds. Will definitely go back when in the area!!Kid-friendliness: Simple kids meal but something for everyone

Food and service were excellent. Ordered fish and chicken combo. Have to wait several minutes on fresh chicken,no big deal. Food was fresh not greasy. Will definitely be back.

Not as good as the Glenville location. I've been here 3 times all 3 times fries were cold..one time the fries were cold and fish was not fully cooked..I'd recommend the extra few minutes to go to Glenville location.

Ordered Family Sampler, no chicken strips and no shrimp. Got home and realized we were missing items. No one answers the phone at this location. They provided an ENTIRE bag, literally, of tarter sauce and malt vinegar. Had to make a second trip to get it right. We will see how that works out, in progress now!!

Edit:1-13-24-I received an email from Captain D's guest relations and they apologized and made things right. We did go there before my problem was fixed but after this review and did not have any issues with our meals at that time. They were taking a little longer in the drive thru that day but no complaints. I don't mind a little longer if my order is right.My wife picked up Captain D's 12-18-23. 2 fish and shrimp meals. The more expensive 10.99 ones. Apparently you have to check inside the food container before you pull away from the window. She got home and there were no shrimp in either of the meals.This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last.I already sent an email to Trident holdings which is where their Facebook page directs you, now I'm sending something directly to Captain D's. This is unacceptable.

Everything except the cole slaw that came with my deluxe seafood plate was extremely oily. I could not eat the devil crab, shrimp or fish. The fries were hard and inedible. The greasiness literally made me sick to my stomach & I threw the whole plate in the trash. The food just wasn’t good.
Asked for whiting was expecting fried fish, got baked fish and it was dried out, horrible first experience from a franchise that just opened.

In claxton the people were awesome polite easy to talk to also very helpful and NO COMPLAINING!!!! EVERYONE WAS BUSY NOT ONE PERSON STANDING AROUND!!! Yall are doing a great job!!! Finally some good Customer service ?Parking: Could use more Handicaps
