I ordered a Texas baked potato with steak and shrimp and I also stated that I was allergic to shrimp and didn’t want shrimp. Fast forward I didn’t eat my food or look at it til hours later and when I looked at it guess what I had shrimp on my meal. So I called they told me to bring it back and they will give me another one once arriving the girl looked at my food and took it to the back and told me to come back in 15 mins as I was leaving the manager came to my car and said they couldn’t give me another one and was so rude about it and also said they had changed shift and the girl was no longer at work that took my order. He the manager told me I can take my food and I said why would I do that when yall have repeatedly opened the plate. Just keep it. I will never visit this spot again they are very rude.

this has been the absolute worst! we just order take out two full plates of nachos over rice we maybe got just one scoop of rice and just a few pieces of meat. we paid 37 dollars it was maybe worth 12 because of the food we got will never ever go back!

Lunch portion Chimichanga was very small. White cheese dip was good. Very plain, boring interior, hardly any decorations. Waittress was wonderful.

We ordered taco salads, my husband and I. The menu said fresh, crisp taco shells. When we received our salad the shells were stale. We asked to send them back and have a fresh shell. We were told my the manager that they weren’t cooking anymore shells until the next morning. They only cook them fresh in the morning and it was after 5 in the evening. The manager said she could give us a discount and fix the meat and cheese with nachos but there would be no lettuce on it! We told them to just bring what we ordered minus the taco shell and bring chips for us to eat it with. When we checked out we were given NO discount and told that we basically had a taco salad. Needless to say, we will not be going back. If you aren’t going to give the customer a discount then don’t tell them you will!

My wife and I order a taco salad couldn't eat the shell was old so we told them took back said was making no more shell so they said was going to get a discount so brought out just the stuff without the shell so we ate it with the chips they give you when you first get there but we didn't get no discount so no tip won't be going back

Mexican restaurant with great food, their mixed drinks are also on point! Only draw back is it can get very crowded and loud when the place is full, it’s a little older and could use some remodeling. But, the food is always hot fresh and tasty for sure!

Been here many times always good went tonight 8/23/2024. Had a waitress that has been there a long time but tonight the service was terrible, my wife's food was not correct, my food came out cold so sent it back and was told it would be a while before they got it remade as the grill was busy. Mind you we had already been there an hour waiting on food. So left without eating.. Will have to think hard before going back

Cilantro's is always good, but I'd recommend dining in over takeout. We've done both and seem to have issues when we place our orders online and go pick up. Missing something, beef when we ordered chicken, where's my rice?, etc. Not to mention, hot and fresh is just better. ??
