Just went here today for lunch and it took over 30 minutes to get my food and they still didn't have it right, same thing last week, this place has fallen off in the last few weeks if they keep going at this rate it will be another failed Hardees.

This morning, I brought my children for breakfast before school and ordering was a nightmare, the wait time was very long, and management was poor. I repeated my order at least five times and it was still incorrect. The manager had a poor attitude and was screaming and being short to customers and staff. Our biscuits were burnt. I had high hopes for hardees return, but sadly our experience was disappointing.

Worst Hardee’s I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered 4 snack wraps that are unedible. The breading was mushy and cold. The chicken was chewy. The tortillas felt like they got dropped in water before being wrapped. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. I won’t be surprised if I get sick because of it.

The manager that was there this morning knows how to run a restaurant and a drive thru. The biscuits were outstanding. It was fast fresh and hot. Thank you for that experience. Not like the old Hardees at all

I was one of two customers at time of my visit. Went through drive thru and luckily I checked my order. They forgot my sandwich. I went inside to find them confused about having an extra sandwich. Sandwich was cold. Only plus is i didn't have to wait that long and they were friendly
I ordered two chicken wraps for 5 bucks, because it seemed like a hell of a deal. They was suppose to be the honey mustard ones but no honey mustard. They should've NEVER brought Hardee's back to Claxton Ga

I came in for my lunch and ordered two chicken sandwiches plain, once I got them and walked back to my work truck. And opened the sandwich it had everything on it. So I came back inside and told the lady that took my order and she was beyond rude I said I asked for plain nothing on it I said this 3 times The first and three times the time I came back in. (Thelma) is her name. She raised her voice and said so you don’t want no mayonnaise I said no I said plain she said I know you said plain well once I received the sandwiches I asked the woman who gave me the food which was not Thelma what the lady that was being rude name is and she stated I don’t know well from behind me she raises her voice and says Thelma , it’s Thelma . I then replied you don’t have to be rude well guess what she raised her voice again and said I ain’t being rude mind you customers are in the sitting area eating. I know her co-workers will not tell the truth how are what occurred because they were covering each other by not wanting to give me her name saying she don’t know , then Thelma said Thelma I stop her often since reopening during my lunch break but no more I will not be disrespected in any way are form
