First time using the app and I was ordering for someone else, 70 miles away, who forgot their lunch. I ordered the wrong burger! I called and spoke with the General Manager, Brian. He was polite and understanding of the situation and made everything right! Thank you Brian. And the food was delicious!

Just went here today for lunch and it took over 30 minutes to get my food and they still didn't have it right, same thing last week, this place has fallen off in the last few weeks if they keep going at this rate it will be another failed Hardees.

This morning, I brought my children for breakfast before school and ordering was a nightmare, the wait time was very long, and management was poor. I repeated my order at least five times and it was still incorrect. The manager had a poor attitude and was screaming and being short to customers and staff. Our biscuits were burnt. I had high hopes for hardees return, but sadly our experience was disappointing.

Worst Hardee’s I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered 4 snack wraps that are unedible. The breading was mushy and cold. The chicken was chewy. The tortillas felt like they got dropped in water before being wrapped. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. I won’t be surprised if I get sick because of it.

The manager that was there this morning knows how to run a restaurant and a drive thru. The biscuits were outstanding. It was fast fresh and hot. Thank you for that experience. Not like the old Hardees at all

I was one of two customers at time of my visit. Went through drive thru and luckily I checked my order. They forgot my sandwich. I went inside to find them confused about having an extra sandwich. Sandwich was cold. Only plus is i didn't have to wait that long and they were friendly
