Short Staffed! There is only 2 waitresses for the whole establishment. It took 31 mins for the waitress to come take our order. And another 28 min to get our food after finally ordering. I don’t blame this on her though, I think this is due to how short staffed they are. Hopefully they get some more help soon or I feel like they will lose a lot of business

Place is clean but service is trash it 1120 at not only a handful of ppl are in here and it took 1.5 to get 5 eggs country ham hash browns sausage 2 pancakes and Biscuit and gravy drive to a different location you will save time

Waitress was not on her job. I had to ask for something to eat with.
They really do try. But be careful if you get in there and get this one waitress because she will take 30 mins to either come take your order or bring back your drinks because if she starts yalking to someone, it is over. She will carry on full conversations with random people and have zero sense of urgency towards newly seated customers. Hello? We are here. We need drinks. We need menus. Silverware. Nothing....

Very disorganized. took 48 minutes to get food. Many people leaving due to service. Good place to park truck but will be eating at the deli in the grocery store nearby next time.

Sever not able to get order right after tell her 5 times my order paid for what I got left very unsatisfied maybe 3 shift can do it right have say came back on the 3 shift density the newest sever was 100 percent better than a train sever she may be a little timdy but she has the personality to be a great sever management keep her she be a great sever for the place and makes place more friendly

It's trashed and the dont know how to keep up with there customers and take forever to get orders and drinks and when we walked in there was only 1 table and half the bar opened to sit the rest had food and plates sitting there and they have yet to get clean it up and backed up on orders cuz everything they got back there is the wrong orders for all the other customers. I think they need to get shut down and get the right help before open up cuz they can't handle there jobs and requirements

I was really disappointed with my visit to the Huddle House in Claxton. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. It took forever to get someone to take our order, and the food came out lukewarm at best. The quality was subpar-my eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was practically burnt. On top of that, the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or attentive. Definitely not the welcoming, small-town diner experience I was expecting. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
