I love Krispy Chic! They have the BEST chicken. Crispy, never dried out or overcooked. Tender and delicious. The fried okra is wonderful and the fried corn on the cob is unique and so good. I can't visit Claxton without stopping and eating or taking some home. The people are friendly and happy to serve you. I always enjoy stopping in.
I used to go here all of the time when I lived in Georgia. It was well worth the drive to have Krispy Chic again after 25 yrs.

We don't in have one in Savannah anymore, since we were visiting someone in the hospital we went there. Shortly after we both got diarrhea. Didn't make it to bathroom so had to drive clear to Savannah to bathe. The chicken was not golden brown like theirs usually is and wasn't cooked long enough.. Over 20 dollars to feed two people to get sick! Won't be back!

First time a place has ever charged me for butter. I wanted some for the the little biscuit. I didnt ask for extra butter either. That is very ridiculous in my opinion. I doubt I will go back.
My friend Ken Butler only eats chicken flavored crackers. But I really like Krispy Chic in Claxton. The chicken finger plate is perfect. And the people are very nice.
