If I could give zero stars I would. This subway was so unprofessional. A team member in our company had a family member to pass. We decided to feed the family for dinner after the funeral. A call was placed to Subway at 9 :45 am for 2 Subway platters along with 2 veggie platters and condiments. I spoke with Heather Piper who was working this morning at the Claxton location. I explained my job wanted to feed the family of our team member after the funeral of their loved one. I wanted to utilize Subway for the convenience and the lightness of their food. I asked her, Heather, about the platters and how much one would feed or what would be best avenue. After we agreed, I proceeded to place my orders for two platters and 2 veggies trays along with condiments. She advised of total. I wanted to pay, but manager stated they could not take a debit card payment over the phone. I was worried because I wanted to secure my order. She assured me that it will not be a problem. We agreeded on a time of pick time for 5 pm. Payment will be at pickup. The family came to pick up order, payment in hand and the manager on duty has no idea of the order. He had other customers which had came in and he asked the grieving family to wait while he fixed the other people's order to even talk with them about their missing order. After the manager fixes everybody's else food and orders, he stated he just came on shift and there was no order to be picked up. He wasn't told anything about an order when the shift changed. He had to call the shift manager onthe previous shift before him to find out anything about the order. The previous manager stated she didnt want the sandwiches to be soggy.. so she didn't make them early in the day....so what about the latter part of the day...what about passing info on to the next shift..the managers were unprofessional and nonchalant about the matter. It was not offered for our platters to be made because of not enough people on shift. They did not try to rectify the matter. When asked for a corporate number or a superior, we were advised they could not give out any numbers. We have a grieving family with guests waiting to be feed, but no food with no remorse. I called to the closet Subway which was in Glenville Ga and spoke with Marquis who was on duty. He listened to the situation and advised he would happily make the platters for the family. The family traveled from Claxton GA to Glenville GA. The platters were freshly made and an apology was given for nothing they had any control over. I appreciate Marquis and the Glenville Subway for professional and courteous service. The Claxton Subway could have easily fixed the situation by a phone call, we could have found someone earlier, or they could have gone ahead and took care of the order out of respect for the grieving family in need. They did nothing.

Customer Service not so great. Workers yelling at each in front of customers. Very poor communication skills. I order a wrap which was made poorly and incorrect. I didn't speak up due the yelling between the to workers I didn't want to add additional stress to workers. The veggies didn't appear to be fresh and they were not fully stock on items that were needed to prepare my order also. I was expecting a 5* service but wasn't expecting 2* rating also. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. My coworkers locally tried to warn me but I went ahead tried them. Apparently this location doesn't have the Best representation in the area. Which is unfortunately due not having many choices in the local area.

Literally one of the worst subways ever. Sub making is not that hard. I love making subs and sandwiches. Take some pride in what you do. Every time we go they mess it up. You ask for light sauce, and they make it inedible with how much they load onto it. They top it how they want. You ask for no onions, they're going to put onions. Like I just don't get it. Like what about this seems appetizing? And its every time.

I ordered a BLT with avocado, lettuce, and tomato with extra bacon online for pickup. When I got home, I found only three soggy pieces of bacon and an excessive amount of mustard and mayo, with none of the other ingredients I requested.
When I returned to the store, the staff member making my sandwich was very rude, despite my calm demeanor. I ended up accepting another incorrect sandwich because I didn’t want to deal with the attitude any longer. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning. The customer service skills at this location need significant improvement.

Door dashed my food from here and ordered jalapeños on my sub. Didn’t receive any instead I got green bell peppers. I’m not sure if the worker knew the difference between them or maybe they were out and just thought I’d be happy with bell peppers but I am not happy. Never ordering from here again.

I am beyond speechless at what I witnessed. My chicken and bacon was not placed in the microwaveable tray and the paper tore all in my chicken and bacon while trying to take it out of the microwave. Spilling some of the food on the counter. Instead of throwing that out he proceeded to scoop it up and still place it on my bread. The white cutting board was not even in place on the veggie bar and exposing a dirty stainless counter top. The veggies were not fresh they looked like they had been sitting for a while. I am honestly terrified to even eat this sandwich. The employees honestly lack sanitation knowledge and customer service skills. I definitely will not be back. 16.00 for serious cross contamination. Not to mention the soda machine was missing the caps. Guess I should have walked out but I truly couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Claxton location wild. My daughter and I went for lunch and both witnessed small roaches crawling in the same area where our food was being prepared. I'm still floored. The lady preparing our food didn't seem fazed. Insane. We no longer eat at any subway! It was gross!

Poor sanitation, poor customer service and the District Manager, Beth Douberly, was less than helpful when contacted. Their B Sanitation Score was well earned.
