Literally one of the worst subways ever. Sub making is not that hard. I love making subs and sandwiches. Take some pride in what you do. Every time we go they mess it up. You ask for light sauce, and they make it inedible with how much they load onto it. They top it how they want. You ask for no onions, they're going to put onions. Like I just don't get it. Like what about this seems appetizing? And its every time.

I ordered a BLT with avocado, lettuce, and tomato with extra bacon online for pickup. When I got home, I found only three soggy pieces of bacon and an excessive amount of mustard and mayo, with none of the other ingredients I requested.
When I returned to the store, the staff member making my sandwich was very rude, despite my calm demeanor. I ended up accepting another incorrect sandwich because I didn’t want to deal with the attitude any longer. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning. The customer service skills at this location need significant improvement.

Door dashed my food from here and ordered jalapeños on my sub. Didn’t receive any instead I got green bell peppers. I’m not sure if the worker knew the difference between them or maybe they were out and just thought I’d be happy with bell peppers but I am not happy. Never ordering from here again.

I am beyond speechless at what I witnessed. My chicken and bacon was not placed in the microwaveable tray and the paper tore all in my chicken and bacon while trying to take it out of the microwave. Spilling some of the food on the counter. Instead of throwing that out he proceeded to scoop it up and still place it on my bread. The white cutting board was not even in place on the veggie bar and exposing a dirty stainless counter top. The veggies were not fresh they looked like they had been sitting for a while. I am honestly terrified to even eat this sandwich. The employees honestly lack sanitation knowledge and customer service skills. I definitely will not be back. 16.00 for serious cross contamination. Not to mention the soda machine was missing the caps. Guess I should have walked out but I truly couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Claxton location wild. My daughter and I went for lunch and both witnessed small roaches crawling in the same area where our food was being prepared. I'm still floored. The lady preparing our food didn't seem fazed. Insane. We no longer eat at any subway! It was gross!

Poor sanitation, poor customer service and the District Manager, Beth Douberly, was less than helpful when contacted. Their B Sanitation Score was well earned.

I refused to eat at the subway in Glennville. The cashier came from the back chewing. The woman cashier picked up some gloves, then rolled her coat sleeves up,then greeted me. I told her never mind. Then I walked out of the store. ?

The sandwich is hard as a rock I bite into it and couldn’t eat it the first one I ripped all the hard parts off but as you can see if the second one it just rips half the bread off and I paid 11 dollars for this.
