Waited at the ordering screen for at least 10 minutes with no one moment, be with you in a minute NOTHING. Still I waited patiently seeing as how they must be swamped with only ONE CAR in line at the window. After they pull off I sit for another few minutes before I say screw it and just drove off. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t give a crap is there’s only one worker that’s one worker with a damn headset that can at the very least let a customer know sorry for the wait please one moment. These fast food places hire the sorriest damn help I swear and I will not be back!

Manager on duty was ignorant and argued with me about what was ordered and when I told her there was hot sauce on burrito she said it came with it.. I have ordered the same thing a million times never once did come with hot sauce… she refused to fix her mistake claiming she made none.. very poor customer service on her behalf.. and will not go back to that trash establishment!! If they can’t teach their managers to due better then they need new staff!!

Went in there during non-busy hours for a doordash. They let me know that they had to drop fresh freeze and steak 30 minutes later they still have not given me the doordash and they're back there just laughing about it. It's insane how bad a store can be run when it's ran by children truly pathetic

The ice machine was empty and most of the sodas syrup was empty. When I asked the girl about it she said they knew but didn't have time to change them out. Food was good but had to drink lemonade because it was the only flavor that had syrup
