Our family loves Chick-fil-A, especially because of the happy employees, cleanness and the atmosphere. Although, this Chick-fil-A was the worse ever. It wasn't clean in the dinning area and the restrooms were soooo nasty. I couldn't believe it. This is the first Chick-fil-A that we witnessed being nasty.

It's not very inclusive to not have a menu you can read. When someone asks to SEE something, it very well may be that they are hard of hearing. Listing the entire menu on one breath is not the solution and is honestly just rude to anyone in the HOH community. Also would have loved to received the correct drinks and sizes that we ordered.

I went by this morning and would like to thank everyone that worked there , especially the drive thru ! It is nice to go to a place of business and be served by very nice friendly and spirited people ! Very happy atmosphere ! Thank you !

My order was not taken at the drive up speaker and the worker was rude and acted uninterested when I had to drive through and tell them. Then had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Chicfila is usually great but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Seems incredibly understaffed and the people don’t care.

Wonderful experience on a early spring Saturday evening. First time visiting Clayton and will most certainly be back. This is one of the best CFA's I've visited around the country. From the cashier to the young lady bringing my food, the atmosphere felt like being home. Thank you all for the warm southern hospitality!

Got the 10 chicken mini count meal, definitely not worth $20 but it was delicious, pissed about the new recipe for the waffle fries they taste even more like cardboard but stay the same price for us scummy business on their part

Went thru drive thru bit after 5, fries were rubbery and cold. Chicken was different. Tasteless really, like they forgot to season it. Sweet tea was okay, not sweet enough, but not bitter. Subpar from what it used to be. Other Chick-fil-A restaurants in surrounding counties were far better than this one. I hope they improve before the summer season hits.

Horrible Chick-fil-A 30 degrees out pouring rain possibility of flooding, making employees stand out in cold What kind of CHRISTIAN establishment neglects their employees this severely!? Potentially leading to pneumonia. Could at least provide branded rain coats and jackets ridiculous
