Positives: the food was good, fresh and hot for a very good value. Negatives: restaurant lobby needed cleaning, cashier was not friendly, peanut butter sundae had very little peanut butter and the ice cream was a little off (not just my opinion but the other three with me as well). It seemed more like whip cream than ice cream. First time that's ever happened. We'll be back as we always enjoy DQ.

Food was mediocre, the girl at the register couldn't find the blizzard flavor I wanted and answered a personal call on her cell phone while we were trying to order. She didn't give a receipt to be able to get our blizzards later and then tried to give us an ice cream we didn't order. Bathroom was bad, there was standing water in it and just dirty.

I decided to give them another try after a couple months, thinking maybe the burger would be better this time! I was wrong! I even asked if the burgers were grilled and was was told yes, but are clearly not flame grilled , they are nasty! And , they have no taste as well! The girl at the register was very unprofessional and to top it off, the 8.00 meal is now 8.49 plus tax for some of the worst food I've ever had! I won't be going back!

Horrible customer service. Took forever to give us our ice cream and we were the only customers in the store. By the time they gave us our ice cream it was melted, and they were super stingy with the serving size and toppings. Will never return to this location.

Cashier Zoey...... dry rude, not just to us but everyone that walked in, laying up on the counter like she's miserable or hates her job, can't talk to customers for trying to drink her drink and eat her food, this place must be desperate for a employee, no excuse for this kind of behavior. Another employee ask her something and she bless them out, wow is all I can say, we won't be stopping anymore

I live 5 minutes away from here. I left home at the start of halftime to go and get ice cream and did not return until the end of the 3rd quarter. I waited in line at the drive thru and was told initially they would be right with me. 25 minutes later they finally took my order, no apologies for the wait until after I expressed my frustration, or discount offered. I’ll probably be waiting until ownership changes hands again as it does every few years before going back again.

I had a hot dog in Cleveland,Ohio last week which was delicious so when I stopped at DQ in Georgia I expected the same quality but it was not. It was a cheap hot dog. I asked for mustard, ketchup and relish and I got mayonnaise, ketchup and relish. The cooling system is so loud I believe they can't hear what their customers are ordering.
Went tonite to get the reeces blizzard. This is what I got. Pretty much vanilla ice cream, a few chocolate shavings and 3 pieces of peanut butter cup. When you drive 25 mins to get this. Very disappointing. No wonder as soon as I got to the window , it was done

This isn't a hot food Dairy Queen, you know the ones. If you get a burger from here, god help you. Its 1k degrees inside, in a Ice Cream shop. I asked for a Icee, nope, out, probably because it was 4k deegrees in the shop. I ordered the shrimp basket which was fine. But the cheese curds were an absolute joke, a mass of cheese, not kidding, a blob, of cheese.
They recently closed this place, and it wasn't for improvement....
