They were out of apple and spice donuts, which was disappointing but the girl's that were in there provided good service and the bathroom was decent.

I went through the DT. The girl was SO rude. Our drinks were wrong. I came inside to ask her to correct them. She told me that she made them correctly. I assured her that there was zero pumpkin in both of our drinks. She very rudely remade them. They still weren't great, but they did taste like pumpkin, at least. The other girl was trying to be extra nice to make up for the rude one.

The manager was so incredibly rude. She made eye contact and then walked away loudly telling her employees that they were doing drive thru only (with several tables full of people inside) and that it 'was her only day off' and how she was leaving. I've never had someone be so rude without even acknowledging me. I asked the employee if I needed to leave and she nodded. I feel bad for the young lady's working under her supervision. I won't be back.

Pulled up to the drive through the girl told us to wait a minute. We sat there for 8 minutes, no cars in front of us anymore, no customers inside. I say Hellooooo to the microphone and I am responded with a girl that I suppose is the “manager” yelling at me “I TOLD YOU TO WAIT A MINUTE” screaming at me. I will never go back to this poor excuse of a restaurant. Her name is Corina,. Maybe they should hire a better manager with better customer service.

We ordered the meal deal and everything was luke warm, tasted like bathroom perfume, and the coffee was lousy. I asked for cream and sugar and only got cream. We were driving long distance and didn’t have time to turn back around. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the food and coffee very disappointing.

Was denied service when asked if I could place an order for a drink to bring outside to me since I couldn’t be inside with my dog. Kinda lazy when there were 3 people there and no customers . Thank you for allowing me to check out the cafe down the street!
Wanted to charge me extra for oatmilk after paying for a drink and asking them to fix said mistake. As well as making excuses about pre measured oat milk. Never had such service from dunkin.

I would recommend putting up a sign when you want customers to use the self serve computer instead of yall taking the order. One lady left pissed off and I had to tell an older couple to use the comp. As they were getting upset too. All good besides that!

Drive thru.... many complicated orders and all are received correctly!♡ The avocado toast with bacon IS AMAZING!! I believe the price is much too high though.
