The people are always friendly and the food / drinks are spot on for Dunkin. However, the drive through is often backed up and it takes way too long to get my order. Ellen I order using the app, my drink is often only warm by the time I’m able to pick it up. If they can get the drive through process improved, this would be a top notch Dunkin.
The customer service I have experienced at this location is superior!! They recommend drinks that are delicious. My daughter and husband went there today. Trinity overheard my daughter ask my husband if they had powdered donuts that don't have any filling. My husband said no there was none in the case. Trinity went in the back and got my daughter a donut. She did not have to go out of her way but she did. My daughter came home and told me how it made her day.
