I live in the Atlanta metro area and drive frequently to TN this way. Honestly this is probably the best Taco Bell in Georgia. Food and service is great, especially in the evenings.
Gabe was awesome 🤞🏾very kind respectful employee great customer service 😎
Decent for a taco bell
I went through the drive-thru today and ordered 4 crunchy Supreme Tacos. When the guy taking my order repeated it back, he only said crunchy tacos. I said again...they are Supreme Tacos. I paid, got my food, got home and...NOT Supreme Tacos. Not a big deal, my receipt didn't show I paid for Supreme Tacos and I had some pico and sour cream in my fridge...problem solved. Well, apparently this Taco Bell employee had decided I needed old tacos, as every single taco bottom was stuck to the wrapper. The shells weren't even crunchy. SO disappointing, especially after discovering Supreme Tacos are one food I can taste...my tastebuds have severely been affected by chemotherapy as I'm fighting breast cancer. I discovered this by going to the Taco Bell in Cleveland, GA two weeks ago. Their tacos were SO fresh! This location needs to learn a thing or two about food freshness.
Everything was great!
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair; but it looked to be wheelchair friendly. Plenty of room in the restroom for a wheelchair and had ramps going into the store.

Waited half an hour for my food and apparently it just disappeared from the system. Manager was awesome and helped a ton but other employees did not care

We stopped at the Taco Bell in Clayton on our way back to Atlanta, and it was a convenient choice for a quick bite. The location is easy to find, making it a perfect pit stop during our journey. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. The food was decent—just what you’d expect from a Taco Bell—and hit the spot. The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid option for a quick and hassle-free meal on the road.
I love Taco Bell, I use the mobile app and the drive-thru and sometimes I pick up four to six meals a week. Sadly about a month ago all of that came to a screeching halt.
When your it wizards decided to do an update and a horrible glitch was pushed out to millions of Android users. Ever since then anytime a combo is ordered and there is a prompt to select a drink it'll go through all the steps and clicks as if it is accepting the drink order but then when it is time to add the combo into the shopping cart it says you need to select the drink first and the app fails.
There is a total inability to order any combo meals using the app and it's not just me, it's thousands of people we're leaving negative reviews on the Play store reviews but whatever lame person is handling your social media and looking at this is failing to communicate back to the tech people and this bug has been unrepaired for weeks.
I'm quite confident this is not a phone issue. I did all the things I'm supposed to do including uninstalling and then reinstalling the app but when I read the many many reviews on the Play store where other people are describing the exact same problem that I am I'm wondering in amazement how unresponsive Taco Bell is in getting this problem fixed. There is a systemic problem when the people who handle your social media are not communicating known technical issues to your it Department so problems with the mobile app aren't addressed in a timely manner.
Does someone need to rent one of those planes that fly the banners to circle around the CEO of yum corporations house to let him know that he has a bunch of idiots who can't get a damn mobile app fixed? Don't even bother with your canned response that you're looking into this. I've already seen those messages and their weeks old. Meanwhile there is probably been a precipitous drop in your mobile order sales because people can't use the damn app.
Whoever is reading this at Taco Bell, now is your chance to be bold. Speak truth to power and March into the office of your operations director and let him know that he needs to start reading the many hundreds of reviews on Play store, on Google, on Yelp and tell him that there is a problem where negative reviews are not being relayed to the people that can fix the technical problems. You guys really have an internal communications issue if you can't get something like this fixed in over a month.
