Had a burger and it was wonderful got a double thinking thin patty and was mistaken ,I tried pressing it and still had to take a patty off . They also had a food line that looked very good (country style cooking) very friendly staff
Si happy to have stumbled upon this family owned Burger-Shake place!!As soon as customers walk in they are greeted by name. The friendly hostess/server was so so friendly. I just loved the vibes she gave.We shared the 2 egg breakfast. The grits are not home made,but dang, they were tasty! The bacon was yummy and the biscuit was divine. Oh yes, the sweet tea was just right.
Broasted chicken is crispy and juicy. Black eyes peas in a creamy bacon sauce grandma would be proud to put out and call her own. Good ol' stewed tomatoes, onions, and okra for the vegetarian in the group. Sandwiches loaded with homestyle meats and fixins. Sodas and shakes served in cups as big as you wanted when you were 6 and couldn't get enough. Great stop on the way from Atlanta to a weekend wine tasting or kayak run. Get there early. They serve breakfast and lunch...
