Terrible service highly rude cashier in the evening and she must have wanted to be disrespectful with my food as well cause I ordered a French dip and it came with no dip and the curly fries look like the scraps from the end of a batch made an hour ago and I ordered a large drink and I guess the cashier though that was too much extra work 80% of my drink was ice. If you hate to work and don’t like the service industry get out and get another job it’s not the customers fault you hate it will not be back

The manager needs to be trained on how to assemble a sandwich. I ordered a Beef & Cheddar and it was sloppy and fell apart. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was cold. The fries were also cold and tasted like they were HOURS old. When I paid for my take out, no receipt was given. I thought it was put into my bag but NO RECEIPT. I blame the manager for not training his associates on proper food handling and customer service.

I come here often. Past few times everyone running the window always seem rude. Had a coupon and presented it at the window. The lady had to go into a whole spill about why I should tell them I have a coupon at the speaker. I get that but some places are different. No need to be rude. It’s sad that places can’t hire good help anymore. But that’s unfortunately the reality of things.

Foodwas hard. You couldtell everything had been cooked and sat under the warmers.. I am having dental work and finding something to be ableto eat while your out can be a issue. So I found that I could eat thefrenchdip sub by soaking it in the juice. The juice makes the bread where Ican chew on it till it's smallenough to swallow without worrying about getting choked trying to eat. But on multiple occasions (we travel thru this area to go to one of my doctors at least once a month; but it's because
