My friend and I got two milkshake (med) 16.05 more milk then ice cream had to put in freezer to make it more like a milkshake Customer service was crap david stands up will never go back !

just a regular baskin robbins... nothing great or bad about it. pricey, but then again its 2024, so taking a loan out for a cone isnt surprising these days

Stopped in to get a couple pints of ice cream as always the flavor I was looking for they did not have in the for the side cooler, no big deal right well apparently it was , as in the past they normally will make it in a take home container from the bulk tub , today was definitely b.s as I asked questions about it, now mind you if you ask for a pint to take home its 12.85 which I am willing to pay especially cause it's a treat, because some employees did want to actually make it came up with the excuse they didn't have the right container to put it in after she held up the container and asked if that's what I wanted, proceeded to a Manger that told her to tell me they don't have the correct container to put it in, so me being me I drove to 2 diffrent locations that unfortunately didn't have the flavor I was looking for, showed me the containers they would put it in if I wanted it, low and behold same container I was shown here... and of course a bunch un young as kids running a place that have no clue about customer service...

Last 2 times, they’ve closed to the public. Shamefully though, today 11/16/23 they decided to lock the doors as my daughter and I were about to walk in. I looked and saw enough employees to take an order. And maybe 2 cars in the drive through… They’ve lost my business.

If you're going to sell ice cream, and have a drive through - flavors need to be on the menu for those who go to your store - and when asked what flavors there are at the window, the cashier needs to use their adult voices instead of mumbling -

Just went there after lunch today (7-22-22) and the dining room is closed. Looks like four employees in the restaurant but they said that have do use the drive through. Hard to sell ice cream through the drive-through when you can’t see the flavors. The waffle cone was stale the bubble tea was basically caramel flavored milk with a handful of Boba‘s in the bottom. And just very disappointing experience. Probably won’t go here again although the ice cream tasted fine.

I came to this location many times and this is the second bad experience i had with the ice cream. Today is was my banana split. When it was given to me there were 2 normal scoops of ice cream and one small itty bitty scoop, then i noticed that there was only one topping which was pineapple. When i asked the employee what came on the banana split she said strawberry, chocolate syrup and pineapple but they were out of strawberry and i told her there isnt even any sryup on it. I got 2 1/4 scoops of ice cream, banana, cool whip, small spoon of pineapple sauce on one scoop of ice cream and cherries and this cost me 6.79 plus tax. Was not told when ordering about them being out of strawberry sauce or offered extra pineapple sauce or something else. I will not be getting ice cream from this location anymore.

Wasn't in pressed at all y'all didn't have donuts we wanted that night and the next day the doughnuts were old tasting and hard like they were there the night before
One star to leave a review. Horrible experience. Drove out of the way just for baskin only to find every flavor I asked about they were out of. Then when I settled for a shake, I watched it made. Then watched employee drop it on the floor, pick it up, replace part of the top of the shake and lid and return to me at the drive thru window. Owner claims what I saw is not what's on camera. But his claims of were totally inconsistent as well. Never returning here , advise others to avoid as well.
