Friendly service. Responsive to requests. The new Carmel dessert was awesome. Biscuits are always fresh. Busy but not full.

I ordered two steak biscuits and an order of Bo tots for breakfast through Door Dash. The biscuits were horrible. They were super thin and not cooked all the way, very pale. The tots were soggy and not crispy at all, as if they were not cooked long enough. This was the first time I've ordered from Bojangles in Cleveland. I was very disappointed because I've always have been happy with their food.

Should have looked at the reviews first. It had been a year or so since I had went back because of pervious bad experiences. First off can't stand the AI it doesn't understand you at all. Had a hard time getting it to understand what i wanted. ordered a chicken sandwich meal then it ask me would I like to add a peach cobbler for a $1.99 yeah sure. Added some bo berry biscuits. Seems like it took 5 mins to finally get my order placed then pulled up to the window jus for the guy who was really nice ro tell me they are out of bo berry biscuits for the day which means either yall don't make them fresh like the biscuits are advertised or they just didn't want to make anymore had to wait 5 minutes for my food then pull away and realize I don't have the peach cobbler so I turn back around go back turns out the AI didn't add it to the order after it was the one that ask me if I wanted it so I reorder the peach cobbler just to be told they are out of that for the day also once I get to the window but that they had strawberry cobbler. Got home fries are ice cold my chicken supremes are all stuck together and they are raw. At least the sweet tea was good. Will not be returning here ever again between the stupid AI and they always out of something its bad enough they are always out of something and you have to pick something else just for it to be raw. Got to be the worst bojangles ever. Just needs to close down. Try spending less time talking crap on the message board outside about chick fil a and start getting yalls crap together.

Let's start by saying that whatever has changed recently has caused the Cleveland Georgia restaurant to be slow, unorganized, and ridiculous to visit. The response time has gotten pretty bad, then TODAY (07/13/2025) at 7:16 AM the automated system let us order and when we rolled up to the window a lady said to is that she had just gotten there and they were not open yet. Hours say they open at 7AM. 7 AM means biscuits cooked and ready to serve. Bojangles, GET IT TOGETHER! Bojangles management, DO BETTER!

Slow slow slow slow slow and slow sat in drive through 20 minutes. Avoid!
Unfortunately we ended up have to drive off and go to zaxbys. Bad thing is, it wasnt even busy 11:30 am before lunch.

I was on vacation in Ga, and I stopped to pickup dinner on the way to my cabin that was approx. 25 mins away. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Bojangles. The chicken was over cooked and you can tell it’s been sitting for a very long time. I made an attempt to contact the manager at the location However, my call was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message, and NO ONE returned my call, and that was 6 days ago.

My mom went through, ordered 3 gravy biscuits with 2 side orders of sausage and 1 side order of ham, they gave her 3 sausage biscuits instead of gravy biscuits. She politely told them that that is NOT what she ordered. She ordered 3 GRAVY biscuits. They came back to the window to argue with her claiming that she ordered 3 sausage biscuits... I was there to hear her order 3 gravy biscuits. Maybe the speaker made it SOUND like she said something else and it was hard to tell, maybe the AI they use in the speaker got confused, regardless they acted very rude about the whole deal. We are very disappointed over this as we go to Bojangles pretty often and usually they are very sweet, but this time around? Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. We left without what we had ordered after they had acted so rude towards us.

Edit: We went through the bag... Not only did they give us 3 sausage biscuits instead of gravy, but they also gave us spoons for the gravy biscuits that they didn't even give us. Smh
