After 6 months of staying away, decided to give it another try. Again orders were totally messed up again. Simple orders with no changes, straight off the menu and they still can’t get them right. Have complained before and been promised a gift card for getting the wrong order. Never received. The owner really needs to fix this place! No more trying, will not be going back. Plenty of other places to go that might actually care. Sad excuse for a business.

Best Bojangles I've ever had both times I've gone here. The food was all hot and delicious and the two girls working there were really friendly. They actually filled up the gravy containers and most locations don't and all the pieces of chicken were big. Dr Pepper was just right. Service was pretty fast too.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOJANGLES!!! Literally the worst bojangles you could ever experience. They’re always slow. It took me 30 min to get OLD food today a long with them leaving out a biscuit. Clearly management is not doing their job and hasn’t been for about 5 years. They run out of ketchup, we’ve had to ask for the tea inside the building because they don’t put it out like they’re supposed to. I could go on forever. I don’t know how this location is even open still or even aloud to run. If you’re visiting the area, STAY AWAY. Go to the bojangles in Cornelia if you want it. It might be further away but at least you’re not going to be there an hour long and get old nasty food. Maybe someone needs to reach out to corporate on this location.

Grabbed dinner on the fly tonight and rolled into Bojangles I didn't know they closed at 7pm and they still served me and they did it with a smile. Amazing and over the top service tonight I will definitely be back. All my food had to been dropped fresh.

I ordered two steak biscuits and an order of Bo tots for breakfast through Door Dash. The biscuits were horrible. They were super thin and not cooked all the way, very pale. The tots were soggy and not crispy at all, as if they were not cooked long enough. This was the first time I've ordered from Bojangles in Cleveland. I was very disappointed because I've always have been happy with their food.
Very very slow. Takes atleast 20 to 30 minutes to get a biscuit. It’s been this way for years.

Should have looked at the reviews first. It had been a year or so since I had went back because of pervious bad experiences. First off can't stand the AI it doesn't understand you at all. Had a hard time getting it to understand what i wanted. ordered a chicken sandwich meal then it ask me would I like to add a peach cobbler for a $1.99 yeah sure. Added some bo berry biscuits. Seems like it took 5 mins to finally get my order placed then pulled up to the window jus for the guy who was really nice ro tell me they are out of bo berry biscuits for the day which means either yall don't make them fresh like the biscuits are advertised or they just didn't want to make anymore had to wait 5 minutes for my food then pull away and realize I don't have the peach cobbler so I turn back around go back turns out the AI didn't add it to the order after it was the one that ask me if I wanted it so I reorder the peach cobbler just to be told they are out of that for the day also once I get to the window but that they had strawberry cobbler. Got home fries are ice cold my chicken supremes are all stuck together and they are raw. At least the sweet tea was good. Will not be returning here ever again between the stupid AI and they always out of something its bad enough they are always out of something and you have to pick something else just for it to be raw. Got to be the worst bojangles ever. Just needs to close down. Try spending less time talking crap on the message board outside about chick fil a and start getting yalls crap together.
