If Bo's is going to have AI at the drive thru, I'll never go here again. We did try, but it's beyond horrible. I guess they want to cut out some more workers. No no and no.

I'm not huge into making bad reviews and to be honest it takes a lot to piss me off .. but today, this did it. So in case you don't know you place your order to and A1 person. I'm ordering and order 2 biscuits, then go to order a gravy bis and I get a real person come on and say I'm sorry we don't have any more gravy, okay cool. So I finish my order to him. I finally get to the window (25 mins total in line) to only be handed the 2nd half of my order to the real person. I said I had 2 other biscuits as well. The girl says well I'm sorry I can do add ons at the window.. I said it isn't an add on, I ordered it to your computer back there. She rolls her eyes and said what else was it supposed to be. I told her, she closes the window and looks at her computer. She opens it with attitude and says what did you say it was supposed to be? I told her again and she rolled her eyes again and looks at her computer. I said you know what? Just keep the food I don't want it anymore. And left. I will not be going back to Cleveland Bojangles. I have never been met with rudeness like this. I'm a very nice person and give people the benefit of the doubt but absolutely not how I should be treated. I'll drive to Cornelia before I deal with this again.

The lady at the window today was very very sweet. I will never go to the restaurant again because I had to order from the the to go windows and a AI took my order it's weird and uncomfortable . I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit
and I got an egg chicken cheese when I got back to my office I threw the chicken out. I could not understand why my order was so much money and now I realize it's because the AI ordered something I didn't even want this is so uncool. Creepy AF

Good food but refused to eat there ever since they installed an AI bot at the drive-thru. I will NEVER order from a robot. You've lost a customer

The lady immediately started yelling at me from the order window because she didn’t want to personally take the order instead of letting the automated ai thing take my order. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not visit. The food was cold and they overcharged me too. Will not be back

I don't appreciate the sign price list being different than what I was charged.It was a difference of more than $5. The young lady looked strung out. And I don't want to place my order with a robot. I will not be back

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich! Waited ten minutes for it to cook, but it came out cold and had a burnt oil taste to it. I hope I don't get food poisoning! Ordered a three piece with two sides, got french fries as both sides and photo speaks for itself! Do better Bojangles! Got three employees working and not busy at all! Won't be eating here again

Well was really excited about trying there new wings got them and they where raw went to fix the issue amanda was awesome but then got tenders that where very very old so I won't be back

It's always a drama going through drive-through. Wanted a 5 piece chicken dinner and yes I understood that there is no five piece, so I asked to get a three piece and offered to pay extra for the two other pieces. Absolutely not. No way the manager said, I would have to buy a three and a two-piece order instead.😬🤔

Very busy but yet they still take the time to acknowledge you when you walk in
Parking: It’s on the inside of a store n so yes you have access to a lot of parking!
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for a week chair to go in n out of the door by himself or herself with out one’s help!!!

Will not be returning automated order taker was annoying and it shows there is something wrong with the company will not eat at a restaurant that blatantly replaces human worker with robots

I can not remember the cashiers name bit she went above and beyond her job. She was very sweet and and was very present to be around. The whole staff was also working hard and making sure orders got out fast and correct. This place was also very clean

The people who worked there are very friendly compared to the ones who worked at the Atlanta Airport. The food is excellent. It is soul food.

We waited a long time to get our food. The food was fine, but not worth the extra long wait. The workers were kind and apologetic.
