Went through the drive through, placed an order. They sent me to wait in the parking lot as usual. When the food was finally brought out, it was not correct again. This is a recurring situation.

Rude person at the window got mad after we sat at the 1st and decided to drive forward as no one ever came. Im sorry that you have no help but don't take it out the customers because when you do that them you'll be out of job. Maybe next time you should say im by myself it will be a few minutes before I get to the first window . As for the food its fast food you get what you pay for sometimes anyways. Rant over im in the business that deals with customers and I would never take out my day or whats going on at my job on them. Be greatfull you have a job.

If only food would be prepared to look like the photos! I ordered breakfast this morning and was highly disappointed. The fully loaded croissant didn’t look loaded at all. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant was more of an egg flatbread sandwich. Croissants are supposed to be light, fluffy and airy not flatter than flatbread. I spent more money here on a disappointing breakfast than I did yesterday at a local breakfast spot. I never do reviews but I am so tired of crappy food being tossed so quickly out of the window. Especially here in Cleveland. Do better people! The only good thing about our order was the Coke Zero

Went through the drive through employee gave it to us slammed the window right when we touched the bag, didn't give us a chance to ask for any condiments, frankly I like ketchup with my fries. They definitely need to polish up on Custer service.
