Went through the drive through employee gave it to us slammed the window right when we touched the bag, didn't give us a chance to ask for any condiments, frankly I like ketchup with my fries. They definitely need to polish up on Custer service.
Heather was the girl working at the window & she was very friendly, she apologized for my wait while waiting to order, need more employees like her, she also kept updating me about when my food would be ready. instead of taking the money & mot saying nothing else until the food was ready , hope BK appreciates her
The location in Cleveland. GA has good service and fast. The vanilla iced coffee my wife had was great. The chicken biscuit had a hard crusted piece of chicken, my wife didn't enjoy it. My sausage, egg and cheese biscuit actually had a funny greasy smell to it. I've never experienced that at a Burger King before. I did eat the biscuit but didn't enjoy it like normal. We were traveling through and got our food to go.
