Love the food here and the people! The food is always fresh delicious and a great price. We eat here at least once a week. The only fault I find is there is no awning over the drive-through speaker. I have contacted the owner asking that he correct that and so far it’s still not done. So when it’s raining, you really don’t want to order here. I just want to reiterate how much we love the staff. Everyone is always such sweet and welcoming.

Thus is always our favorite place to eat when we are close by. The food is always consistently great and the service is the same.
Surprisingly good. We hadn't been to a Captain D's in decades and this was our second choice for dinner that night. (We originally stopped at the Taco Bell down the street because we were in a hurry, but they weren't adequately staffed.) We were promptly greeted by a very sweet young lady who took our order. The food came out very quickly, and was exactly as ordered. The fried whiting had a little heavier breading than I like, but it was still really good. We were out the door and back in the road in no time! Very glad we stopped here. I'll be checking out Captain D's more frequently thanks to this location. Good job!

Why did you change the fish? What a mistake! We love your food...our whole family comes in weekly. The seafood platter at $13.99 is what my wife and I have. We hated the new fish. When we asked what the new fish was, they told us Swai. Nope! I sold Swai at my restaurant in Florida for many years. Swai is a buttery, moist and delicious fish. It tasted like lake Perch or a bottom feeder in a muddy canal...on the dry side...flaked and formed garbage. If this was a corporate decision that's too bad. I will come in and ask in a few months if you return to the Pollock...we all will be back. With all the mediocre restaurants in Cleveland, we loved your place because you were on the top of all the fast food joints. Please if it is possible, BRING BACK THE POLLOCK!
