The Chick-fil-A restaurant in Cleveland, Georgia used to be a very well ran store. However, they have had manager changes and owner changes in the last months. The new owner/manager is not running a well Chick-fil-A store. The store is well below the standards of Chick-fil-A I live in Cleveland, Georgia, and I frequently went to eat there however that has stopped. The service is not at Chick-fil-A standards.

Fantastic place, too bad they are closed for remodeling until early fall 2025

I've tried chik fil a several times just to see if I think it's that bad and yes to me it is I can't stand the taste of chik fil a chicken .
About as good as fast food gets. Drive through is surprising fast for the amount of cars going through.
