The Chick-fil-A restaurant in Cleveland, Georgia used to be a very well ran store. However, they have had manager changes and owner changes in the last months. The new owner/manager is not running a well Chick-fil-A store. The store is well below the standards of Chick-fil-A I live in Cleveland, Georgia, and I frequently went to eat there however that has stopped. The service is not at Chick-fil-A standards.

Their salads are always fresh, and for under $10 w/chicken, it's a great deal. A side of fries is a great addition.
Food is good; service is lacking. Ordered more than five times from there in the last 30 days and they have messed up my order every time except once.

After a long 4 hour drive from Columbia, my wife and 2 kids were on the verge of hangry. Pulling up to ChickFilA, the tension grew when we got in the long line. The lights shine on our kids eyes from their phones. We were running behind schedule to see Capybara at the Northern Georgia Wildlife Park and Safari. We began to move through the line, the kids are distracted but we finally get their order. An employee walks up and begins to take our order. I order the chicken tenders, but they were out! I order the kids food but they were out of chicken nuggets as well! As we pull through the line, another employee, Dennis, hands us a free breakfast card and bears the weight of all their mistakes as he apologizes for it all. Even with everything going on, it all seems to get better the closer we got. I appreciate the solid professionalism i get at every chickfila. God Bless!!

They were very busy but they got our food ready in a timely manner and were very nice. Food was correct and fresh. Very clean dining room.
This restaurant is not delivering the orders completely. When we ask the staff they said “sorry I can’t do anything you have to come to store”. Despite I told them we have 2 months old and 20 months old. This is ridiculous and not expected from any Chick-fil-A store in the country

Parked me for a #5 breakfast meal, made me wait 15 minutes, then didn't even put the chicken in the breakfast sandwich. Always loved CFA, but this is alittle over the top from this location
Food was good. Service was slow. Employee That waited on us lack enthusiasm. There was no "it's my pleasure". I had to get my own refill after being ignored By same employee. This chic fil A was not like any I have visited.
