I was a little disappointed this time. We walked right in and sat down. Little did we know that a huge breakfast party was finishing up before we got there. Once we sat down, got our drinks and gave her the order the wait began. It was at least a 20 minute wait if not 30. She brought everyone else's food out but mine. All I asked for was a country fried steak biscuit. I wasn't going to say anything since another large group came in behind us. A member of my party and a long time customer went up and said something. I thanked her, and didn't tell her that she had gotten my order wrong again. She put cheese on it. And it was served on white toast. Next time I'll just stick with a soda.

Food was the usual diner food, however the pancakes were big and fluffy as well as their biscuits. If you like pancakes and biscuits you dont want to pass this place up.
Zero stars! Grose! Visible cockroaches crawling up filthy walls while eating. No one in kitchen wearing gloves touching food with bare hands, so dirty & very unsanitary I could continue with disgust but no need. Where is the health department? This place is in serious violation.

2nd time going there, first time was a good experience However, this time was the polar opposite Waited to be greeted, I order the exact same thing as the first time. When it came out there was about 2 tablespoons of gravy on it, flagged a server down to ask for a little more gravy. She said it doesn’t come with gravy but she would get me some. Had to go to the counter to request a refill on my coffee. After greeting another table first she refilled my cup. Never saw another server again. Went to pay and they had charged me $3 for the gravy. She said they had changed the item and still charged me. Last dime they will get from me.

Our family met there for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Arrived at 2:00 (after the Friday lunch crowd) and still had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. There were just the 5 of us and 2 other couples in the dining room. Both people who got hamburgers complained that they were very dry. The one who had mustard on their hamburger couldn't eat it due to the spicy mustard used. We drive through Cleveland several times a week and were looking for a good place to stop and eat lunch. We will not be eating at The Corner Grill again.
