We have been here many times in the past and the food was great but this time the quality of food was horrible. The fried fish had no flavor, the hush puppies were like flour balls, the fried chicken was tough, the green beans were so greasy and cold you couldn't eat. Flys were landing on the food and the pecan pie crust tasted like it was freezer burned. Very disappointing. We drove over an hour to eat there and will never go back. Not sure if the restaurant has changed owners or changed chiefs or quality of food or all of the above but please consider making changes. We really loved your food before. Very disappointed. 😒

I am giving this place 1 star as I have never seen so many flies in a resturant in all my life. They were swarming everywhere. Besides flying all around the serving line, I noticed one crawling on the serving utinsil for the desert. When we got to our table one hand was constantly fanning flies away. Needless to say, I lost my appitite. It's not unusual to see a couple of flies here and there. This was beyond just annoying, it was totally unsanitary. I will not go back.
Price point for the amount of food was fantastic.
