This restaurant used to be the best, but lately the service sucks. People will be in line and the cashier just walks away and quits taking orders. This is absolutely ridiculous! You don't just leave people standing in line and quit taking orders, especially those who are on a lunch break and have to get back to work. Their customer service is absolutely awful now.

Pretty good deli style restaurant. The back porch and the creek in the back is nice. The Unicoi sandwich was good as was the patty melt. The pickles were quite salty though.

We enjoyed the food and being able to sit on the porch was nice. My wife did say that the toppings on her burger were kind of skimpy. ie... a very small tomatoe slice and not much lettuce. Seems that an 11$ burger would have better toppings. We did enjoy it and liked the atmosphere.
