I went into Dairy Queen at 5:07 pm. I ordered a kids meal with a Grill Cheese and the girl at the register stated they did not have that. I stated I had ordered it a month ago. She asked another employee and surprise they do have it……I ordered the $7 classic meal and she placed the order for a Double Cheese burger meal. I went up to the counter to get my daughters ice cream cone that comes FREE with the kids meal and she tried to charge me for the cone!!!! VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE?????

Went there today and got my kids' chicken strip meals. Went to order the peanut buster parfait and ask to substitute the peanuts for strawberries. They said we can't do that. I know they can. I've been doing it for years, and by years, I mean ever since they had the dq shop beside the gas station. So, over 18 years. When I asked why the change, I got no real answer. So maybe I'll get the answer after this post. 12/17 REPLY to owner no my family won't be going back to that DQ in cleveland ga. Due the fact the reply given by the OWNER is not sincere more of a robot/political response. So with that reply lose another star for the typical robotic response.

I go to this DQ at least once a week. I always use my specials on my phone with no problem except with one worker there. She will not ever honor. I just came back and she refused to let me get the peanut buster parfait buy 1 get 1 for ,99. Rather than honor my coupon she had rather throw the 2 items in the trash (which was already sitting on the counter.)

Was there yesterday. The food is always awesome but yesterday the fries were old. The onion rings were old. Not even able to eat them. The burger patties were old and dry . We ended up throwing most of it away. This has never happened. Usually everything is hot and the burgers are juicy. As bad as I hate to say it....it was horrible.

Local customer and have ordered many peanut butter shakes with xtra PB topping that I'm charged 59 cents for, and half the time I am getting shakes that taste like vanilla which I absolutely can't stand, with a hint of pb taste!!!! Just fed up after years of being ripped off!!!
