I'm here from out of town, My family and I are big Domino's people. That being said, this was probably the worst Domino's experience I've ever had, it took about 25 minutes for them to even move on from the prepping process and then it took a reasonable amount of time from the baking to ready, which was fine, but the prepping to bake was a bit excessive, the pizza when we got it back to where we're at was still doughy. There was no crust at all. It was all covered up, which I know some people prefer, but it's part of why I like Domino's is they're buttery garlicky crust, the bread bites honestly tasted just like reflex. It was gross. The brookie, which I always get at a Domino's was most definitely overcooked not quite burnt, but it was drier than the Sahara.

The online system was down, so I wasn’t able to place my order online. I called the store while we were just a few minutes away, and they were very helpful over the phone. When we arrived, they hadn’t started making the order yet, and they were kind enough to accommodate a few last-minute changes — which was super cool and appreciated!
Bonus tip for spicy food lovers: If you like adding chili flakes to your pizza, try asking them to bake the flakes into the pizza instead of sprinkling them on after — it gives a deeper, delicious kick!

I ordered honey bbq chicken wings, and they are supposed to be completely covered in honey bbq sauce, but all they did was drizzle sauce on top and call it a day. I actually have a few pieces without sauce on them. It's disappointing.

I was surprised at how good my pizza was. The dough was perfect and the items on the pizza were fresh. This is my first time at this location. I will be back.

I had delivery pizza was warm barley any toppings pasta was hot gave 5 dollar tip they only drove about 2 miles..next time papa John's they are better

Just disappointed. Had unique call-in order this evening. One Lactose intolerant person visiting us and one requiring Gluten Free, both due to allergies. I dialed the local number and purposefully asked for "a person" instead of using automated...to make SURE we got this unusual order correct. The person told me "no problem" we'll get it right. Not until we went to pick up our order did we discover that the call went to a call center now, not the restaurant. They did have the Gluten Free pizza ready but did NOT have the "no cheese" one on the radar somehow and had to remake one while we waited. They DID allow our other 5 "normal" pizzas to stay under the warmer while we waited. Please, somebody who cares about communication and real customer service...use this as a training tool to instruct those order-takers to please strive to get it correct! The guy I spoke to on the phone repeated back to me correctly what we wanted, somehow it just got lost in the hand-off.
Not a deep dish asked for what I ordered and was told it is was very rude and said 4 sauces was 2.99 when the app said 3 for 1,99

We ordered it on our way home and it was ready for us to pick it upon 20 minutes , we ordered a lot of food .3 LG Specialty made pizza's,, a chicken Alfredo pasta, cheesy garlic bread and wings . Excellent service and quality!! The Domino's in Cleveland was on their game !! We'll definitely order from them again.
