I parked and you can see I ordered a beagle sandwich with strawberry cream cheese. I did not asked on the side. On top of that, the cashier took the liberty to scan her own app of rewards towards to my order. The lack of service, and entitlement is ridiculous.

So idk what happened but my dunkin was terrible my coffee had no cream this was a wonderful location the staff was great coffee was always perfect but now it's just not up to quality standards it's cookie butter cold brew time I'm so sad what happened I didn't recognize anyone either
