Brown sugar expresso was very bitter, said their oat milk was not milky and said they don’t put sugar. Had to ask for milk and spends. Starbucks it will be. This drink was not great. Glazed donut hold were good. Others were wet and not glazed like I have eaten in the past

This place sucks. 30min before close and the doors are locked with the employees standing around refusing to make eye contact or acknowledge people standing at the door. If you’re thinking about giving this place a second try because of new owners, don’t.

ordered an everything bagel (dark toasted) with plain cream cheese on the side, they ended up giving me a non toasted plain bagel with cream cheese smeared all over it. the complete opposite of what I had asked for, additional the crumpled up all the napkins before placing them in my bag. This is the second issue i’ve had with this dunkin and i would not recommend people coming if they want quick and accurate service. I would recommend people go to scooters coffee a few minutes away or just go to the dunkin in cornelia & clarkesville GA instead.

I've been coming to this DD location for years. They've had their ups and downs at times like any business. They do a great job, and especially for the last year or so have really corrected what issues I'd had with this place prior. One thing I really appreciate is that they dont give me a hard time any time something is wrong with my order, they do whatever they need to to correct/compensate me and they do it happily. They keep the lobby clean and bright, the staff is friendly and as quick and efficient as they can be. I highly recommend this Dunkin!
