I ordered on the app this evening. I realized that it was put for carry out instead of delivery (my fault, it is always set as delivery and for some reason had reset). I called to change it to deliver and they said it would be an added &4.99 which was fine. They didn’t tell me, however, that it would be through doordash instead of them and they also didn’t verify my address. It was sent to the wrong address, I was able to figure it out and when I finally got my food I realized that I’m missing 3 sauces I paid for. The delivery was my fault, but the least that could have been done was making sure I had all my sauces.

The literal worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Supposed to be ready 35 minutes before it was. Employees are rude and couldn’t even get someone to the counter. Shockingly bad. People waiting and screaming at the manager guy? Won’t be back. Skip it

You can’t even get what you order here. A simple order of onions in a pasta bowl they don’t even have any cut nor do they make an effort to cut some .

If I could give a zero, I would…Worst customer service…I ordered through the app and was notified through the tracker that it would be 45-50 minutes to receive my order…so when it was close to time for the pizza to arrive, I checked the tracker again…this time it said that it would be another hour because Papa John’s had turned the order over to Door Dash for delivery… I called the store to find out what was going on with the order and was told that my order was ready and they were just waitingon the driver… I was then put on eternal hold… I called back six other times and remained on hold anywhere from 4 to 11 minutes each time with no one ever coming on to answer the phone… All they would do was pick up the phone and put it back on hold… Had they answered the phone, I could’ve told them just to cancel my order, issue me a refund, and save the Door Dash driver a wasted delivery… Instead, I had to contact corporate and make a complaint…the DoorDash driver also arrived an hour later with the order that had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour…I had to tell him to take the order back and tell them to issue me a refund… I am now waiting to hear back from corporate… I will order from Domino’s from now on because I have never had any issues with them, even though they don’t deliver all the way to our home we are more than willing to drive the short distance to meet the driver… I have deleted the Papa John’s app from my phone so that I am reminded not to order from them…

The pineapple and ham pizza was the worst I've had corm Pappa johns. The crust, pineapple and the ham was tasteless . I am so disappointed at Pappa johns. They have always been good. But this one was crap. I should be comped another pizza.😥😢😠

Pretty good as far as Papa John's goes. It's not perfect but it's pretty darn good. I wouldn't mind them working on their delivery being a little faster but I know they're doing what they can given that good drivers are hard to find.

I'm always honest it is in my genes.everything that I personally experienced was great,I don't eat cheese except on pizza but I forgot to tell them easy on the cheese which was my fault,I will stay focused from now on when ordering but they asked for a review and that's mine,so don't let that keep you away,I never Blame my short comings on no one but myself,so there is your review.especially you people that love cheese.

Papa John's is great but you get what you pay for it it's a little bit more pricey than say Little Caesars but their Pizza is also not trash.
