I've had better Totino's ! 8 slice of pizza and 8 slice of pepperoni. Very few onions and about 50 slices of jalapenos. Had it not been for the jalapenos the pizza would have no flavor. Wish I could add a picture. Once the jalapenos were removed the pizza had no flavor. Totino's are a buck at Walmart. Papa John's was worth about a buck as well. Do y'all buy from Walmart? If so I suggest DiGiorno. Not in a hurry to go back. Had Walmart been open I'd went there. Rating 0 1/26/26

They outsourced to door dash and they can't get the directions right to save their life. I ordered and they said it would be here by 6:43 well at 6:43 the door dasher is calling me because they ended up on the complete opposite side of town

Ordered online, took advantage of build your own $9.99 pizza. They weren't busy on Saturday evening 1/3/2026. We requested mushrooms, extra cheese, tomatoes & sausage and opted for pickup. The pizza was flavorless and without sausage. We did fail to check before leaving Papa John's and that was on us. The sticker on box indicated what we ordered so we assumed it was correct. Wrong.

Terrible management, food is always cold, and they don’t have drivers so you get some sketchy door dasher. If I wanted to use doordash I would’ve ordered from somewhere else!

Who ever took over higher management is a joke, he doesn’t care about the well being of his employees. Cuts hours and makes it hard for people to get money, and is flat out rude to employees and make them feel uncomfortable. Love the gm of that store she has always been a great time to order from but this new person is just a disgusting person overall and you should seek different supervisors.

Got carry-out at around 11am. The pizza was delicious, perfectly baked. It had a good ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The restaurant was really clean and the service was great. Thank you!!

I order a large pizza to go, when I got home it was mostly crust very little cheese or sauce. I called to talk to someone, but I was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I can easily say that was the worse pizza I have ever had. I will never order pizza from there again. 😡
I ordered on the app this evening. I realized that it was put for carry out instead of delivery (my fault, it is always set as delivery and for some reason had reset). I called to change it to deliver and they said it would be an added &4.99 which was fine. They didn’t tell me, however, that it would be through doordash instead of them and they also didn’t verify my address. It was sent to the wrong address, I was able to figure it out and when I finally got my food I realized that I’m missing 3 sauces I paid for. The delivery was my fault, but the least that could have been done was making sure I had all my sauces.

The literal worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Supposed to be ready 35 minutes before it was. Employees are rude and couldn’t even get someone to the counter. Shockingly bad. People waiting and screaming at the manager guy? Won’t be back. Skip it
