I’m local and just want to warn you that this place is not where you want to order a pizza from. Delivery was at 2 hours when I decided to cancel and still have not received my refund. I forgot about it until a family member had a similar experience.

Everybody working here was very nice and overall I had a good experience. I had just checked into a hotel the night I came here so I was grateful for some hot food. I will say I’ve been to A LOT of papa John’s and my brother has worked at one for years and the pizza was definitely undercooked but the people working were tired and young so I don’t blame them at all! Just make sure to ask for a well done cool on your pizza at this location. (:

I ordered a pizza here and then when I went to pick it up they said they didn't make it because they forgot to check the screen that online orders come in on. I wasn't very happy about that. The pizza was pretty good though. I got the calzone stuffed crust.

Ordered the shack or whatever you want to call it, and a small cheese pizza some buffalo wings. It was over $40 everything you try to treat the kids and family with now is going to cost you. Food is good and hot.

The thing I went there we was waiting for pizza and the guy in the white shirt she said it would he about 20 minutes and we waited for 50 minutes and they had no gloves on I will be eating there they are nasty hands they sucks and we're body was walking out and we haved to cancel it and stop watching thr football and do your job and get the order out and theu are slow and then i went somewhere else

If you are going to order don't use Uber eats , just order directly from papa John's . Otherwise your order will never make it .

This place can never get my order right. It's sad too, cuz it's my families favorite pizza spot. 2 weeks ago we Ordered a Hawaiian pizza but when I got there for Pick up I got a "ham pizza." When I went inside to have it fixed they then notified me that they were out of pineapples. They didn't bother to call or tell me before they gave me the "ham only" pizza. Didmt offer me a refund or even the chance to change my order. Paid for a Hawaiian though not a one topping. Last week I tried to order from them again, and get home this time with 2 nacho papdidas not the cool ranch flavor that had actually been ordered. Again when I called I was told that they were out of ingredients and that they had "to substitute." IDK if we will try to order from here again. I will say...the brownies are why we keep coming back. Damn those brownies...now I want more brownies. If only all the food was as good as the brownies...

Tried to order online at Papa Johns in Cleveland GA, without luck. Site offered garlic crust only in large, not Xtra large so I had to start over. Did so but then I couldn't find green peppers so I decided to order delivery. The person couldn't find our address in their system even when I expressed that our neighbor has pizza delivered weekly from them. Finally, just ordered PICK UP, told her what we wanted and drove there. At least the pizza was good.

I had a very good experience with the ordering process wish there was a little bit more communication with the store and the driver I had to wait for him to go back and get change because the store didn’t communicate with him that I had a hundred dollar bill and that was it
Carry out, sauce selections wrong, employees commenting how papas pizza sucks and that they’ll be here next time.

I ordered a New York style pizza with alfredo sauce they sent me a 14in regular crust pizza with sauce I'm sorry that is not good work ethics or good communication I have the order on my phone and I have the sticker from the box this is happened in the past with this location I do not recommend the service
