Ordered food and they were very very rude to start off. Then I ordered a 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and the red beans and rice with no beans. When I got my food I had only beans and spicy chicken. No mashed potatoes no rice and no biscuit.

The food is good here but the problem is if someone even takes your order, you are going to wait a while for it. This time after waiting for sometime in the drive thru for someone to take my order I couldn't get that and went to Arby's where I ordered and received my food in less time than I spent waiting to order at Popeyes.

Ordered 8 PC spicy dinner at drive up, asked for no wings, told by worker, 2 minutes on new chicken. 10 min later, I walked inside to see what was taking so long, as three orders behind us were served and drove off. I asked again, where is my order? Server said it was half done, there rest was coming. I said what rest?she said other chicken, I said it was all spicy not split, rice and beans, no wings and large Fries also. It took another 7 minutes as people at drive up were given orders. Very poor management on this stores part.

Friday night at 6:38 we stopped by the drive thru, Worst mistake. Waited 20 min in drive thru for both meals to be uneitable. The chicken tenders, raw, the shrimp, burnt, the biscuits, we could have played hockey with them. Called back 7 times that night, since we got to work late and didn't have time to eat, but never received an answer all evening or on Saturday.

They can never tell the difference between a breast and a thigh. We do not eat white meat and always get dark meat. They have to remake the order every time. This time we didn't get out Mac and cheese and the fries tasted like they were cooked 2 or 3 times.

I didn't even want to give it one star but I had to to be able to let people of Cleveland ga know that if u go to Popeyes chicken just know u will wait for at least 45 minutes on ur food thru the drive thru they pull u up and u sit and wait for ur food and go in to see what's taking so long at the 30 minute mark he says it's 8 minutes on chicken well we r 45 minutes in and no food oh wait there it comes.. oh and just so u know the fries were stale like they have sat there all day and the chicken was so hard u couldn't eat it we pay to much money to have to sit and wait so long for cold stale food

Service was amazing, fretted as soon as we walk in. But the chicken was not done . The chicken I bit into was pink and under cooked . Glad my wife told me before I ate the rest of it . Won’t be back here

i regret to say this but this experience was one of epically traumatic portions. At any point in time i genuinely thought John Quinonez would pop out and say we were getting punked. My friends and I just wanted to enjoy a hangover meal and placed a mobile order with excitement. To start an employee nearly sideswiped my car. We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and decided that we would just go inside hoping to give the workers some grace. As soon as we pull around the people behind us in the drive thru we’re immediately served so we decided to give the drive thru one last chance. To which we were surprised to be asked to wait once more. The food was all cold and we had to throw away all FOUR of our drinks because they were hot and all watered down. Don’t worry burger king lovingly helped us with getting new drinks and even offered us crowns for our troubles. I genuinely have never had a worse experience in my life and hope that popeyes of cleveland fixes this issue for future customers but sadly my friends and i will not be back at this establishment EVER again.

My chicken was freshly cooked, crunchy and delicious, yet all of the sides seemed to be cold and mushy, my fries included. Even the drink was on the flat side.

I usually do not leave reviews on chain restaurants, but this was an exception because the service was very good. I work for a small business and customer service is a big deal. The gentlemen that were working Nick and Joe, were outstanding at customer service. Nick was so polite at taking the order and Joe accommodated any question I had. I was using coupons…I can’t say enough about how nice these two are to the customer. Thank you. You made my experience exceptionally pleasant!
