I usually do not leave reviews on chain restaurants, but this was an exception because the service was very good. I work for a small business and customer service is a big deal. The gentlemen that were working Nick and Joe, were outstanding at customer service. Nick was so polite at taking the order and Joe accommodated any question I had. I was using coupons…I can’t say enough about how nice these two are to the customer. Thank you. You made my experience exceptionally pleasant!

Worker tells us they don't sell chicken sandwiches anymore. But they clearly do. Good thing I didn't get it. Seeing how just recently a review of a raw chicken sandwich has been given out as a meal. I think I dodged a bullet and some salmonella.

I think Popeyes is one of the better fast food chicken chains, however this location's service is pretty bad. I try to be understanding of underpaid service workers and give them a break, but the staff at this location makes that hard. I was there on 10/29/2024 around 5:30pm and waited to order at the drive-through for quite a while. I asked about ordering a few times and each time they mentioned that they had forgotten about me and asked me to wait a while longer. Needless to say I left without getting anything, which is a shame because the chicken sandwich is pretty good here despite the typically bad service.

I have never in my life experienced such a horrible restaurant. Every single time I order here, at the store or door dash, something is missing.
It is to the point that I truly believe it is on purpose.
Either it is on purpose to add to the bottom line or the place is owned and run by people who just don't care about anything that leaves the restaurant or any customer..
It pains me to leave one star because they don't deserve that.
