The service is horrible. Every time I have ordered from here, I have encountered rude staff. They would neglect to use the knives used for cutting the sand which and just use their fingers, Have rude remarks, etc. They either put way too little or way too much on the sandwiches to where it's overbearing. They are always out of stock of many items of the inventory. They do not follow procedure. -A former Subway employee

Very rude employee today 03/03/24! Talked and rolled her eyes when we were just trying to tell her what we wanted (but theyre out of everything) and my sandwich was all crushed up and barely anything on it! Never eating here again!

This place needs new employees. I went in to the store this morning at about 10 am. There was no one in there meaning no employee. We waited nearly ten minutes we started hollering "Hello!" We thought they were in employee bathroom. We knocked nothing. Finally I hollered again hello really loudly. A woman comes from the back door leading to the outside. She was smoking a cigarette and puts it out on her way in. She comes in and wet her hands. Disgusting she didn't use soap and then she was coughing as well. No one wants this type of behavior when fixing food. The lettuce was brown. She says she has no other lettuce until she goes to the market. I don't understand isn't this a restaurant. I asked is this lettuce going to serve all your customer today. She says this is all I have. We left the worst customer service ever. If she continues to work there they won't be getting to many more customers. Terrible!

Dahlonega subway is way more friendly than this location in Cleveland and Dahlonega actually brings out your curbside order. Some of us do curbside because of our children and we can’t just leave them in the parking lot. At least I got a show while I waited live pd right in the parking lot.

I went to subway tonight because I had a really busy day and we was running late. I had received coupons in the mail earlier today so I thought how convenient. When I arrived at the store I noticed it was a little unorganized but I thought it was ok. I order flatbread but they were out and advised me they only had white or wheat bread. I agreed to the white bread. I had ordered 3 foot longs for the coupon price of $17.99. I got to the register after having my sandwiches prepared to find out that the coupons was not working. I asked if we could get it put in manually . The cashier said that they could not do anything about it. I asked for a 1800 number so I could address the situation. The manager said that they could not do anything about it. I was very disappointed. I ended up paying $30 instead of the coupon price.

The food has never been bad, but the service is absolutely terrible. They take forever and are not nice at all. They don’t care if you’ve been there for 30 minutes, my doordash driver sat there forever and we’re not very nice to her at all.

My 6” sub literally had ONE half slice of roast beef on it and the bread was so over toasted it was unedible. I threw it away after a single bite. First and last visit to this location.

How much can an owner hate his/her employees? This store never has enough people working. It is a very, very busy store yet the most people that you will see working is two. Not only are they serving long lines of impatient customers, they are also preparing online orders. It is way too much for them. They are overwhelmed, and super stressed as anyone would be. Owners, quit being so cheap! You will not be able to keep good people if they are consistently overwhelmed, and under supported. This store should have a minimum of 3 to 4 people during daytime hours. Then you would have happy employees and happy customers! I am writing as a delivery driver and customer. I gave you a two because the food is good, and the employees are always nice.

I went there and the open sign isn't even on, it's really dirty and the managers are lazy and aren't even working food straight taste like 20 cans of bounce that ass and they over work the minors in the store
