The chicken i recieved was absolutely terrible yall are way too overpriced for your food to be this terrible. My chicken is burnt and stale if I threw it at the wall it would probably put a hole in it. I wouldnt even feed this crap to my dog. The fries are stale and just gross maybe yall just need to stick to tacos because this is just terrible.

Was unbelievably backed up inside and out, and multiple parts of our order was wrong. We had to make many corrections with the drive through attendant, but my order was input incorrectly and I couldn’t even get help inside the store because they were so understaffed. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had.

Employees basically refuse to take your order unless you go through the drive through. They’ll tell you to order on the kiosk- which is fine for the younger generation but most elderly people have a hard time with it. In the rare event that they DO take your order, half of it’s wrong and heaven forbid you ask them to put something extra/take something off.. seems they completely forget how to make that item all together.

tonight after a long day i had the pleasure of Alex serving me in the drivethru- alex had a genuine smile and glee about his job and provided amazing customer service to me about my order. he was very kind to me and professional and ensured my order was correct. My food was hot, correct, and tasted amazing! Alex also doing the best he can with a new comer in the kitchen offered him guidance and reassurance as a longterm team member on shift showing beneficial team management skills. Cleveland tacobell take care of alex he is a superb young man in the food industry and you guys are lucky to have him on your staff.
