Food is good. Jesse took my order in the drive thru and was RIDICULOUSLY rude to me and was yelling at me through the window and still gave me the wrong food. Any time I’ve been here I always see “managers” not doing their jobs, and not helping customers. And it takes forever for someone to even help me at the counter! This place is ridiculous!!

This past year or so the Employees are very nice very helpful polite even Nice lady to great you and show you how to work the new self ordering, most of the employees on all the shifts have been very nice helpful even offering to help handicapped with door dash/ Uber eats to car with orders. Great people

They don't know how to properly wrap a burrito and when you bite the open end it squirts out the bottom because of not being wrapped right. But most likely it's just the younger generation

We did drive through. Hoping it would be better than months ago. NOPE× Didn't even eat a 1/4 of our $30+ meal. Will not be going back. They have just ruined what was once a nice quick place when craving taco bell. We are done!
If you are into eating lettuce this is the place. There was no meat on the crunch wrap. No meat on the taco. 28 dollars for lettuce.. will not return

They want to "train customers" to use the automated system. They literally would not take my order and I was told to use the kiosks.. I don't work for tacobell. I am a customer.also slow slow slow service.

Going to this Taco Bell is like playing the world’s weirdest mystery box challenge—you order one thing, but who knows what you’re actually getting. Today, we asked for a Doritos Locos Supreme and a Chicken Quesadilla with hot sauce, and what did we walk out with? A Mexican Pizza, two beef soft tacos, and mild sauce. Mild. The most underwhelming sauce ever invented. And don’t even get me started on cinnamon twists—you could summon Bigfoot faster than this place could give you those. Honestly, we should’ve checked the bag before leaving, but we were feeling too trusting. Rookie mistake. At this point, I’d have better odds winning the lottery while getting struck by lightning than this Taco Bell ever getting an order right.

This has gotten to be the biggest place on earth that sucks I went to place a order but it was all different special things lady behind the counter goes we don't take orders any longer you have to use the kiosk which I think is a joke needless to say I will not ever buy another thing from that taco bell or any other one .
Went through the drive-thru. Nacho's Grande was good but Cinnamon Twist was stale. Service was good
