Going to this Taco Bell is like playing the world’s weirdest mystery box challenge—you order one thing, but who knows what you’re actually getting. Today, we asked for a Doritos Locos Supreme and a Chicken Quesadilla with hot sauce, and what did we walk out with? A Mexican Pizza, two beef soft tacos, and mild sauce. Mild. The most underwhelming sauce ever invented. And don’t even get me started on cinnamon twists—you could summon Bigfoot faster than this place could give you those. Honestly, we should’ve checked the bag before leaving, but we were feeling too trusting. Rookie mistake. At this point, I’d have better odds winning the lottery while getting struck by lightning than this Taco Bell ever getting an order right.

This has gotten to be the biggest place on earth that sucks I went to place a order but it was all different special things lady behind the counter goes we don't take orders any longer you have to use the kiosk which I think is a joke needless to say I will not ever buy another thing from that taco bell or any other one .

And now say hi… Almost 40 minutes for 5 people dinner, because the employees take care the drive thru first, after we pay, after get the food is cold, and messy, 1/2 order is wrong and missing items, i ask for the items and the employees treat me like I want free food . Really bad customer service and i feel discriminated by the employees, this is not free, remember you have job because people like us pay for service, thanks for ruin my vacation time.
Waited 20 min for two cars ahead to be able to place order, then another 7 min for the car in front of me. Just to wait an additional 20 min to receive my order. Someone needs to train these employees so the restaurant can return to being a fast food establishment. Oh yeah, also paid $36 for eight tacos and two fries. Might as well go sit down at El sombrero.
