tonight after a long day i had the pleasure of Alex serving me in the drivethru- alex had a genuine smile and glee about his job and provided amazing customer service to me about my order. he was very kind to me and professional and ensured my order was correct. My food was hot, correct, and tasted amazing! Alex also doing the best he can with a new comer in the kitchen offered him guidance and reassurance as a longterm team member on shift showing beneficial team management skills....
This past year or so the Employees are very nice very helpful polite even Nice lady to great you and show you how to work the new self ordering, most of the employees on all the shifts have been very nice helpful even offering to help handicapped with door dash/ Uber eats to car with orders. Great people
They don't know how to properly wrap a burrito and when you bite the open end it squirts out the bottom because of not being wrapped right. But most likely it's just the younger generation
