Currently still waiting in the lobby for our food. No one comes to the counter to take your order or even asks you to use the order machines in the lobby. So after at least 5 munutes of standing at the counter we went to the machines. It's been 28 minutes since we placed our order and we're still 3rd in line. Everyone behind the counter is moving like they're stuck in slo-mo. My husband went behind the counter to tell the drive thru guy that a mother with 2 hungry kids had been waiting at the counter to place their order. She only had cash so ordering from the machine was not an option. They look like the have an employee working at every station so im confused why there is such a long wait. I would just ask for a refund but I don't have another hour to waste. Im not usually one to write a bad review so congratulations Wendy's on being the first.
Staff is always polite and attentive. Even if they run out of something they always apologize and ask if we'd like to have to replaced with something else. The managers are nice, The store is clean and the food is always delicious. The workers rock.

Ive been here a few times, and the quality has been dropping, today we got 2 burgers, a double bacon stack, 2 medium fries, and 6 spicy nuggets and it was i believe $24, not sure, the driver threw away the receipt. We were missing a burger, fries were barely room temp, and we didnt receive all 6 nuggets. I love Wendy's, but I'm going to have to visit a different location if quality control doesn't pick up.

Buns are always ice cold. This place could be good with the rite management. Me and all my friends always talk about how cold there buns are in Cleveland ga. I even asked them one time did that bun warmer work and asked do they ever use it and they laughed and said sometimes. My first job was Wendy’s in cornelia 30 yrs ago with good management. And there is a time limit on meat before being made into chili and we always toasted the buns in the machine before serving. I guess this is the new norm with this generation. Would like to eat here more often with the deals they have.

I just don’t enjoy Wendy’s breakfast. Went to McDonalds, Huddle House first and both packed so I decided to go to Wendy’s. Still not a bad decision though.

The wait was longer than I liked and the staff was not rude but not friendly either. The food was okay except the fries tasted like old grease

This is one of the best Wendy's and have one of the best managers
Purchased $52 worth of food, 4 biggie bags, a double baconator and a spicy chicken sandwhich meal. Only got the 6 things of fries, 4 things of chicken nuggets, and 1 of the 3 burgers. Didn’t receive the chicken sandwhich either. How do you MISS THE TWO MOST expensive items from the receipt.
Not to mention the fries and nuggets were COLD. The box was warm but the items inside were not.

I went through the drive-thru and everything was fine intil over the speaker came a loud man, Bob, who requested to know our hamburger details again. We had asked for no onion. I had ordered a Cobb Salad and changed my mind before paying at the window. This man kept loudly saying his dislike of the change and how he would give a $5 discount as if money was the reason for the change. I assume my decision is my decision rather it be monetarily based or just preference. Non of which needed to be discussed or loudly announced to the whole restaurant staff or patrons. Everyone has bad days but your employee was rude and kept his rants going until we paid and left.
Great service and pleasant personnel.
Reasonable pricing for good fast food
